Amazing workflows and generating reports has never been so easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reports you can generate with HubSpot Analytics, also, it's great to see how you can literally automate workflows using different pipelines. Great tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I may have some advice around this but it's mostly esthetic so it's not worth bringing it up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot as our customer CRM, we follow up with customers, we set tasks like reminders, we've optimized our customer service building metrics from the reports you can generate using the different dashboards, reports, etc. Notifications are great and we also use The HubSpot chat to provide on-the-spot support to our customers. Honestly, HubSpot has it all in one single platform and I love it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're trying to automate your workflows, sales, reporting... You need HubSpot 100%.

What do you like best about the product?
Due to Hubspot, I have been able to close 30% more sales leads than before. It has a reasonable monthly subscription fee for a starter plan that has enabled me to organize and manage the tools. Recommended!
What do you dislike about the product?
Their enterprise plan is a bit expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems faced so far. The best thing is reduced distraction and sales increase.

What do you like best about the product?
I can create many templates to use for different customer types. I can track my emails and templates through HubSpot. Last but not least, deal pipelines are very effective to use; I can customize everything, and it is effortless to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto-completing contact information might be better, or they can add features to search our customer database through Google or LinkedIn. Also, creating different signatures might be usefull.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing a very big database of customers, so we need to track and know how each customers' sales process is going. Also, we have several people who are using same database and sales pipeline so, it helps us to define clear boundaries between collegues.

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspects of HubSpot are the ability to track all of your sales leads information in one place and log all of your sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about HubSpot. I would say it could have some more customizeability, but all programs could.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our whole Sales team utilizes HubSpot to track all of our current Customers interactions, customer leads and who we are in the RFP process with. The efficiency and organization of our sales process has drastically improved.

The product was simple to set up, easy to use, and allowed me to manage my pipeline better.

HubSpot Sales Hub allowed me to keep track of deals, notate sales calls, and move prospects through my pipeline in an organized fashion.

What do you like best about the product?
It's my first time using a CMR and really love it how easy it is to organize my meetings, sequences, calls, mails. I linked my google account and my slack account so they just make my work easier and more organized.It makes the user experience less time-consuming, and assignments become more focus-driven.Everything in HubSpot seems logical and natural both in entering activities and creating reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this moment, everything it's perfect. I add my contacts, companies, deals and sales well. It runs well in my computer and my smartphone (bc I use the android app too).

I have to add companies, follow up on deals, carry out sequences to attract the attention of future clients, create meetings.

Create Efficient Pipelines based on your needs
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides an extensive range of customizability. You can add new properties to your contacts and customize them too. Also, Deal Pipelines helps to organize the workload and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes time to load the screen and slow transitions between some pages. However, since I started using the platform, it has gotten better, so I believe this will be no problem in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can track our customers in a detailed manner and share with our colleagues to better understand each customer. In addition, I can create multiple pipelines so I can prepare different pipelines for different products.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I cannot compare it with other sales solutions, but since I started using it, I never felt the need for other Sales platforms.
Simple and powerful sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to navigate, and HubSpot has a ton of online tutorials and walkthroughs which are exceptionally well delivered and easy to follow. I don't have a lot of experience with competing products, but I thoroughly enjoy the features available in Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data pertaining to connecting a contact with a company should have a more fluid connection and a more straightforward way to flash between the two screens without having to leave one screen and enter the other. If there were a better way to view the company or contact info from the other pages without switching, it would be a lot easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have HubSpot connected to my Gsuite account and have been using it to not only track contacts but also to track my weekly goals and maintain contact with leads. Hubspot helps me to visualize the entire sales journey, which is excellent.
