Hub spot is gold dust for parents

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can manage the CRM for for clients while balancing the needs of my kids. It is user friendly and the majority of what I need can be done via the app or browser.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having sales tickets accessible in the app would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the juggle of CRM as a working parent, freelancer for my clients who use hub spot sales hub.

What do you like best about the product?
Great way to learn the journey of a customer and create different stages and having him in the line of continuous evaluation and retention is something that I am happy with Hubspot
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say specific, however, the need to learn more to use the platform is very much required for all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the retention was a tough thing to understand the customer, with Hubspot I am able to create periodic review with them to help us think better for giving a great service

What do you like best about the product?
Super intuitive and plenty of knowledge base articles about coaching you through their tools. The Snippets tool saves me TONS of time. I can not live without the Tasks and Meeting Scheduler tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within my level of subscription, I have limited access to their customer success team. More day of // phone access would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our flow of leads, opportunities, and deals.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that there are many useful integrations (eg Gmail where you can easily transfer contacts info to the CRM, a calendar tool similar to Calendly etc).
I also like the Sales pipeline and Forecast dashboards, great visualization of reports.
I like how Noted can be connected to deals, contacts and tickets at the same time without a need to switch pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I don't really like that it's quite difficult to find features you need and integrate them, plus I heard from colleagues it's quite difficult to reach the support representative.
The other thing is events duplicating (we have a form on the website that creates an event for the disco call with the client and we have a software called Jiminny for calls recordings where we log our meetings and for some reason when we log this meeting it duplicates this meeting in Hubspot, Meaning that instead of one it sees them like two separate meetings while in the Google calendar it's one, I believe it has to be something with integrations I mentioned earlier, there are many unsynced integrations).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how everything is connected (contacts, deals, tickets) and I also like reading most of the articles written by you experts about following up, emails etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use yet allows for ample customization that's easy to configure. The added sales tools save hours of integrations. Unlike SalesForce, you don't need ongoing support and their help center is free and quite helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to see more customization around Products and a serious upgrade of the quotes tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to use CRM, allows me to track deals and integrates with my email and phone. Saves me reporting on every little interaction and very easy to collaborate

What do you like best about the product?
I love how great their customer service is. Whenever I have a question, they'll respond super fast via email or phone call with answers
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say that there are some glitches sometimes with random things and annoyances with duplicate accounts because of domain names but their customer service makes up for it because of how knowledgeable they are and how helpful they are when these issues come

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say the biggest problems that I am solving with Hubspot are creating and keeping track of accounts and deals. Also, I absolutely love the tasks feature. Follow ups are extremely important in my job, and without this, there's be no way to remember all of my follow ups. I also love using the deals cards feature. Makes it so easy to stay organized and on top of my deals. I also love the sequences feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has many different functions that can assist with the management of relationships and customers. It can also create landing pages for websites, marketing emails and forms to collect information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The editing ability in the forms, email and landing pages are still limited without the option to import fonts, shapes and other elements. Moreover, there should be an option to clone the form elements along with cloning the forms to prevent unknowingly tampering with existing forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HubSpot to keep records of customers, partners and members. There should be a membership option for Hubspot to help with the membership management, but for sales management, Hubspot is great.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a while to dig in and learn about the system, so do not rush.

What do you like best about the product?
Great integrations, templates, ease of management and excellent user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall there isn't much to dislike. Support for additional integrations could be improved, but there's an impressive list of software currently available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplified CRM and automated documentation of customer interactions. We are able to have more insight into accounts and respond more strategically versus previous systems.
