HubSpot: Very Customizable and Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates and sequences. They help automate everyday tasks into a simple and easy two or three clicks and your done approach. You can share templates with team members too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to condense the layout to make it more compact to show more info on the screen without scrolling. Not the end of the world, but more flexibility would be nice. Everything runs off email, and sometimes people use personal emails not works and there is a duplicate issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cost-effective CRM that integrates with a lot of other products. Being able to bring in data from other providers like Linkedin, and other marketing tools are very helpful and cuts down on a lot of work done by the salespeople
Great Product but still some way to go
What do you like best about the product?
The possibilities for process automation is a godsend. they save multiple work hours and make everything highly streamlined

Limitet data sources limits the ability to highly customize reports

Process outomation and tracking accorss our whole sales team

The support I recieve. And all of the options I have to create materials.

How complicated things are. But the support i recieve is very helpful

Email marketing. The workflows have been extremely beneficial and have saved me a huge amount of time.
Best CRM for SMBs
What do you like best about the product?
Integration to almost all existing tools in the existing ecosystem, Aircall, outplay, SalesLoft, websites, outplay, email,Gmail, outlook and so on.

It does lag at times, and actions and activities don't load
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pretty much running, sales, sales ops, marketing on it.
Hubspot is AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create and track deals and tasks related to customer leads is impressive, and the UX makes it very simple to do anything you need without having to search too far.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I don't like, honestly. It would be nice to be able to change the deal attributes a little easier. It can get confusing trying to find them and sort through them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using HubSpot not only to track and win deals before the sale but also to keep track of the customer renewals and quarterly checkups using automated tasks. It's a lifesaver!
Awesome platform, super powerful!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is very powerful. It allowed me to monitor sales, contacts, and prospects with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the different elements of the platform confusing at times. I didn't know whether to be in Sales or Marketing within.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used it to manage our prospects and to see that they converted.
A Reasonable CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot offers a lot of the important things needed to manage a pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish integrations were better, such as with outbounding software etc. Other CRMs invest a lot in that and it makes for a more seamless sales experience for an organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping an accurate view of market expectations for sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
While there are some big names for CRMs it si ok to have disruptors. I think integrations could be better for hubspot, but they provide training and seem to genuinely be providing a good product.
Complete but hard for salesmen to get
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales is a very complete solution if it is well put together. You can connect multiple external apps to make sures it works your way and the automations are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a sales manager and Hubspot sales has quite of a learning curve to get it right. I have used it for almost a year and can still only use the basics. Also it is very difficult for the salesmen to use since they are quite old and stay with their own way. The interface for contacts, company and transactions just look the same which makes it really confusing for them to navigate. You need a bit of computer and app experience to use this. Analytics are also hard to comprehend how they work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can have a CRM that automates our processes. It connects contacts from emails, website and more automatically so we don't have to make this additional work. Quite awesome.
Powerful and Easy - A Hard to Beat Combination
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can do about anything you can think of with HubSpot. Its easy navigation means you don't lose time trying to figure out where things are and when you do find them, they are intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the logic in the more advanced features is not as intuitive as I would like, but with a bit of effort one can figure out how to accomplish almost any task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Segmenting customers and prospects so that we can deliver the right message to the right person at the right time, which is simple in theory but really hard in practice. But HubSpot makes this something you can do.
Hubspot's Sales Hub is AWESOME!
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is incredibly helpful and customizable. The Contacts & Deals sections are straight forward and easy to track. Templates, snippets and sequences are all golden when it comes to productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a deeper integration with Zoom to capture zoom recordings right into a contact record. This is being worked on I believe, but not available yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a dedicated sales tool was essential for our team. Hubspot Sales Hub has delivered in a major way in sales tracking, contact automation and pipeline management.
