What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep track of my customers regularly and can email them at any time. Easy to send out a thank you, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything yet that I dislike. So far has been a great exprerence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been much easier to keep track of my delivered furniture to create my thank you email with Hubspot. I can also keep track of backordered items .

What do you like best about the product?
It comes with tons of resources for your sales or marketing team to be able to learn from and guides you in many ways on the best cadences and how to maximize the most from either your Inbound or Outbound Programs
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could do with an update in line with its competitors, the support also was not the best, and that is my primary concern with it. I have used it in many different sizes of businesses and must say that for SME's it is perfect value, but after that, it becomes an expensive solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It honestly helps us more as a marketing tool and can do campaigns and get the analytics on performance from them. It has increased performance from the team in that perspective.

Easy and Friendly to use and helps in tracking day-to-day business activities. Must say very friendly to operate as a sales Professional and a must-use tool for us.

Really nothing as if now. Everything looks intact from my professional needs standpoint.

I love Hubspot, however, if there is too much info it loads very slowly

The different ways to look at your own Hubspot pipeline, it's easy to see where every account is in the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
How slow it loads every time. I think with our company growing so rapidly, Hubspot has a hard time keeping up with all of the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping everything organized within a team, since multiple people touch the same accounts every day.

The more data it holds, the slower HubSpot loads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can track people who have opened my emails so I can follow up with them accordingly. It is also amazing to be able to track my progress in the dashboard and measure my performance compared to the rest of my team. It literally saves me hours of time by making complex processes simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that sometimes I have to add people personally into Hubspot since we can't upload lists from excel without permission from the manager as it's not ethical to upload lists for cold emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am being able to do lead generation at the ease of my palm since I can save templates and then send them to an unlimited number of people. I have struck multiple deals worth thousands of pounds which would not have been possible without hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
Quick accessibility of most important prospecting tools plus great UIX design. It helps to keep up with my tasks and provides a solid and balanced workflow. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are still lacking. For example, the ability to edit messages related with call registering automation and ordering calls from your prospects. But it is still up to be fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is all about time. While cold calling or cold mailing I don't have an extra time to do anything. HubSpot Sales Hub lets me save my time and let grow my company quicker.

Please make the most of it as you use all of its complex features.
Hubspot is a great CRM software
What do you like best about the product?
The things I like most about using Hubspot are that it helps me and my team see the progress of every deal and their stage easily and clearly, and it keeps all emails and files associated with the partner-created account on the system which helps us stay aware of everything going on. Also, the idea of knowing that the prospect has opened the emails you sent is AMAZING!
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issue is that there is no free one-time "how to use" session for users that buy the program which should be something included in the package, I believe that adding this feature would really do wonders to this CRM service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped the team manage all their accounts in a professional way and we now have all documents and files of each partner in one place that you can access anywhere.

sometimes it bugs out and doesn't show tasks due today

I think the Hubspot CRM at its core is beneficial for SMEs. Good product.
