HubSpot Has Been a GodSend
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to refer to HubSpot when I need to access the activity for my clients. I speak to so many people each day and couldn't possibly remember where I left off with each of my clients without HubSpot
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some things on the mobile version that I can't access until I can get to my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all the emails between my clients and I are crucial to my business. Also, when I've had a colleague leave the company, I can refer to Hubspot and pick up where they left off. It's truly an invaluable tool!
Keeps our team organized, intuitive software
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot enables us to manage our contacts with ease, set tasks and follow up on sales with a focus on organization. We can create sequences and easily follow the clients through the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few technical glitches recently with tasks not falling into the correct category, but the customer service and tech team has been quick to respond to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing contacts and making sure we don't miss call backs. I can keep my days organized by enabling the talks function and set reminders for specific tasks that need to be set for a specific time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it! It is easy to use and very functional. Integrates well with other apps.

Easy to use features like email sequences, flexible form creation for lead capturing.

High price when you need more functionality (see Professional & Enterprise tiers)

What do you like best about the product?
We love the Sales and Marketing Tools. The Dashboards are easy to create and share with all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of dashboards in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to report on many different sales metrics. We've also kep track of how often a lead is contacted.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have implemented Hubspot with two organizations and have worked with a number of different CRM's. Hubspot is by far the easiest to use for our size of business.
SalesHub is versatile, helpful and approachable.
What do you like best about the product?
Deals is robust and easy to use, Meetings tool is helpful, integrations are quite solid and smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks and forecasting are helpful but could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see and measure the progression of our deals, estimate lifetime value, prioritize tasks, improve customer support.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Invest time in reading knowledgebase documents
I love Hubspot! Using it for sales, there are a few challenges but it is a marketing platform

Ability to sync data. I like how easy it is to add contacts and brands

I wish that it automated some things for the sales process. For example, we have to manual send opportunity trackers. also, it calculates meetings wrong for us as a sales team because it adds 2 meetings when its really just one client after the second call is set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it streamlines a lot of the process and makes my job a lot easier by not having to do so much manual work!

What do you like best about the product?
It's very seamless and intuitive. It was so easy to pick up having never used it and it keeps me organized with all the email tracking and task set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of redundant things that I think would make adding new contacts easier. It seems a bit cumbersome at the moment if you are adding multiple new contact manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel with the volume of calls I do and with the memory issues I have medically, this CRM is the best I've used. It keeps me organized so I can continue building rapport with my students.

This is a very intuitive and seamless product that anyone at any level should be able to pick up easily.

Integration of meetings/zoom to help facilitate partnership calls.

The hub itself is tough to navigate around.

Using it to navigate and create new partnerships with employers/clients.

I love the layout. From a user standpoint, it's really easy to understand and use.

I think there could be more detail in the customer areas.

We were using 3 or 4 systems to cover all of our sales ops needs. Hubspot does them all.
Everything I need is all in one place
What do you like best about the product?
I love that everything I need, and all of the history of the account, as well as the attachments I've sent are captured in that prospect's or accounts file in Hubspot so I can search for things so much faster. Also, the prospects and the simple way to track email opens/clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that the mobile app was better -- it's OK if I need to find something and have a minute, but it's not really set up to work as a primary tool. Some days I'm working mostly from my phone, and I'll often get frustrated and close that app and just do email and calling from its native functions like some primitive savage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I am working from a different computer other than my primary work computer, I no longer have to write notes of things to send to an account later when I have access to files on my desktop or in my drive. I am also able to send everyone an email as an announcement or notification very easily. Prospecting, sending the intro email and scheduling a follow-up email to go again after a week if the prospect hasn't replied has resulted in closing more new business, too. That's great.
