Meeting tool is the best!
What do you like best about the product?
I find the ability to customize the HubSpot meeting tool better than other calendar sharing tools I've used in the past. I think it's robust but not overly complicated to get all the right pieces for keeping my calendar running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the way that meeting notes were logged were different. The ability to edit the meeting itself is sketchy as its also open to the participant as well, so we end up double logging meetings to get the notes and the meeting recorded :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Classic CRM & sales tool. We use this to communicate with, track experiences with, and follow up with our prospects and clients. Benefit has definitely been the tools like the sequences & ability to always drop your meeting link into any email with the Gmail integration.

The whole navigation feature is really great

I dislike the delays on updates. Sometimes I cannot log in for long stretches

It is one of the best CRMs out there you can get any better than this

Creating a more efficient sales experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a total CRM. Our sales team has been able to transform the way we do business thanks to Hubspot. There are so many tools I enjoy using its hard to find a favorite; however the automation is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The isn't much if anything, that I dislike while I have been using Hubspot. To be picky, there are a few fields I would like to bulk edit. I would also like to send an email out in bulk, a feature that I haven't seen but Hubspot might just have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to accurately keep data. Our data was previously in an excel spreadsheet, and the benefits of moving to HubSpot is less human input which has led to less errors and cleaner data. For example, HubSpot automatically records when we talk to leads, and with this data, we can accurately see how long it takes for leads to sign and much more.
Excellent outbound sales management and workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow and Gmail integrations are super handy for balancing a vast array of prospects. Notes, meetings, the whole 9 yards are all included and thoughtfully laid out to maximize efficentcy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope they adjust it eventually so that you can confirm certain fields "clicklessly". Most are already engineered this way, but specifically the box that pops up when confirming the the lead as a reason for outreach would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has been integral to my outbound sales management, and the creation of new outreach. I utilize so many of its features, and I'm sure that's only the tip of the iceberg. The benefits are too numerous to count!
Great tool for helping startups increase leads.
What do you like best about the product?
The tracking system in Hubspot is revolutionary. Being able to know when prospects have opened an email is something that helps keep track of all your leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different sections for notes on Hubspot contacts can be confusing.

It was being able to send bulk emails that dont look robotic effectively.

Forcasting has been huge! I think the idea of keeping all my own clients in one place is something i didnt realize

Follow-up and scheduling meetings is great. I love being able to set reminders for important tasks. Transferring leads has been extremely helpful.

Make sure you consult with your sales team and differentiate "must-haves" from "nice to haves" and get buy-in.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is a great tool for new businesses taking their first step at a CRM. It's straightforward to use and set up, which makes building for scaling teams very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the most significant downsides to Hubspot Sales Hub is the lack of critical integrations for some sales teams. HubSpot is constantly working on integrations with a lot of the tools that my team uses (ex. Outreach), so this should not be a problem in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub has allowed us to scale our sales team and create an efficient sales engine. One of the biggest benefits of the software is the ability to scale outbound efforts rapidly. Hubspot Sales Hub is an effective all in one solution for growing teams.
