Excellent Sales CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage and very useful! Great way to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many features. Needs a black color theme for less brightness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving customers' issues and the benefits are that I have made sales!
would not be able to do my job effectively as a sales rep without it

the scheduling tool makes putting time on my calendar really easy

the time slot changes within the scheduling tool were not super intuitive at first but I got it

we have a very strong inbound funnel with lots of touches. its important we have a way to effectively engage and convert leads to meetings

Clear, helpful, and reliable information.
What do you dislike about the product?
As far as I could tell there was nothing from this product that was missing. Just wish there was more content!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many! We're running our whole SDR program through it. We've seen increases in our numbers and a more thorough process.

Great tool voor sales
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Hubspot Sales Hub is rather complete product, where you can easily follow up on prospects, tasks, meetings and the reporting thereof. Once the data is in the platform, it easy to slice and segment the data to your liking.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there is something that can be improved, then it is the link between company and person data. You cannot filter on company data en see the contact data and visa versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that are solved is keeping a transparent database, where you can easily keep track of what prospects, tasks, segments you need to work on.

I find some difficulty to setup a graphic fory newsletter

I can see when someone open an email. So I can recontact him
User Friendly - great for beginners to CRMs
What do you like best about the product?
I love HubSpot for the ease of viewing everything about a customer in one spot. I can view important docs, notes, and basic info all on one page. Adding toggles and drop-down options to sort lists for later is very helpful. The organization of Deals is simple and easy to pull data from.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar is terrible - if you don't enter an email or name EXACTLY right, it won't populate. Seems like it should still generate as a possible option below.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all information in one spot has been a struggle with our team, and HubSpot has many options to store and pull data from one source. We've been able to track more reasons why Deals are Lost more clearly.

What I like about everything on how easy it is to use and maneuver. How fast it reads the names and the information you are looking up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't dislike. Everything runs how it has to. never have issues

no problems have been found and if there is it will get fixed in about 5 min.
Hubspot sales is an excellent tool on time on daily tasks

Traceability. Always easy to find needed data

The set up at first. Takes some time to get used to it.

Love the reports area. The landing page and website management section is amazing.
Great CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small business, and they have never had a CRM system. When I started, I saw the need for one, and after a bit of research found HubSpot. This is exactly what we need to get us organized and started on a CRM system with some employees that have never used a CRM. The help center and anyone we have spoken with has been great, and I would recommend this to anyone looking for a CRM system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say here is that changing some of the fields to tailored information or data would be helpful. Other than that, I really can't think of anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is an excellent way to get organized and have all of our information in one place. This is very helpful for us as we are a small company that is growing fast.
