Simple, Automated, Effective

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to learn it and weeks at a pretty sophisticated level compared to salesforce, which I used for years and still don't know. Also the marketing aspects are amazing and dont get me started on the blogs subscriptions and how helpful they are! Like I was into those before I even signed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
My team isnt the best with it and havent fully unlocked it capabilities. But i would mention I tried to find a report that gives me the details of every account going into and out of my name (account owner) but what I was specifically looking for didnt exist and my ream isnt capable of making it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's an incredible amount of funtionality and resources to help you overcome most of your struggles. The HS team is super helpful and give you a very personalized experience. If you are automating messages and doing email marketing. HS is the only one that makes sense. Perfect Marketing Meets CRM platform.

What do you like best about the product?
We currently use hubspot to house our leads and send marketing emails to our contacts. We can see what users are doing on our landing pages/website and can send tailored emails to each prospect based off what they are doing. Love the live chat feature from the customer success team always being ready to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, the platform can be overwhelming if you're just starting out. You have to continue using the platform and learning through the Hubspot customer support tool to fully get the most out of it. Don't give up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps us solve our data on our customers. We are able to have eyes on not only our deals, sequences, what stage our opportunities in, and our conversations. We've seen more information with the collaboration with marketing.

Great tool to keep on top of tasks and sales

What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to see which tasks need to be completed, and when on an at-a-glance dashboard is helpful and saves time
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to have a task completed automatically when a customer/client replies to an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow-ups, customer engagement metrics, and reports on pretty much anything you would like to see if fantastic!

What do you like best about the product?
email tracking is awesome. Makes it easy to see who opened content and follow up right away. Just used it to close my last deal!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to send mass emails and have sequences automatically load instead of me doing it manually. Also, it would be nice to assign multiple companies to one contact record and send text messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me stay on track of what I should be focusing on today, as well as plan follow-up activities. Would be nice

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and the way we can import customer from LinkedIn to hubspot. Integration with sales navigator it's incredible. Hubspot sales academy it's really useful as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The lead creation section could be more user friendly. When we create sequences in between tabs sometimes it lags and we lost all our progress. Please take that into consideration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We create the best sequences using hubspot templates. It had helped us a lot in our outbound sales. Hubspot integration with Slack was a must have

Great Tool for Keeping Track of Sales & Marketing Efforts

What do you like best about the product?
- Meeting/Calendar Invite Option
- Tracking for all contacts and where they are in the process of funneling them through the marketing/sales pipeline.
- Email marketing tools and the ability to see who opened what email and when.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have the option of tagging contacts once they have already interacted with content. For example, when I send out a marketing email, I want to be able to tag all 'UNOPENS' based on their interaction to retarget them with another piece of content. This would save a lot of time with data clean up and import of the same contacts. I wish that the interface had a more tailored appearance for just one user. I wish there was a way to filter the view just for myself in all aspects and then also have access to the master, if needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all contacts in one place and seeing last interactions. I love that it syncs with my email directly, so I can communicate with clients on multiple fronts.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a high volume, transactional inbound sales organization that depends on leads booking meetings directly on our calendars - SalesHub makes it incredibly smooth to do and since we've switched from another CRM we are getting 20% more meetings!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to A/B test sequences so we can update individual templates/subject lines to test.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our biggest problem that we are solving are leads booking meetings easily on our calendars. We've seen. massive spike since we've adopted SalesHub.

I love how intuitive and straightforward the platform is. Allows for more seamless and efficient work.

I wish it would link with salesforce. I appreciate you may be competitors however at my work we use both.

Sending outreach couldnt be easier. You can still sent personalised emails but making it faster and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the sequence and template tool. It allows me to schedule and send out emails to 500 prospective customers at once. This allows me to save time and multi-task, allowing me to move on to the next task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes your software does not generate a Google Meet link. This has caused students to miss one-on-one meetings and led to losing a sale. The customer will assume I did not show up when in actuality, it is no one's fault except for a computer error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has solved my problem of sending out individual emails and has allowed me to send multiple emails at once. It made me realize how much time is spent on emails alone per day and it eats up a lot of the day.
