Hubspot for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to keep track of client leads with the tracking tools that are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing is that a lot of the features only become available if you use the paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to keep track of leads and easily see who I have reached out to and where they are at in the process.
HubSpot has been an amazing CRM tool
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a fantastic tool for our team to engage and maintain relationships with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the HubSpot ticketing system were a bit more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can make customized industry-specific labels for clients.
This program is easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is connected to slack and my work email. I never miss an update!

Honestly, there is nothing I do not like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting clients to sign up for the credit card. I really like how we can see how many times a client opened an email we sent them.
Easy to use CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Straightforward interface. Easy to learn
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could view more information on one page. I have to scroll a lot to get in order to view all information needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce data entry. I spend much less time entering notes and tasks
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot saves a tremendous amount of time. It's an easy-to-use interface and the learning curve is relatively short. It's been one of the most straightforward and most helpful CRM's I've used in my sales career.
Easiest to use and most powerful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using any CRM's in my career but Hubspot is way over all of them. It's so easy to use but at the same time very powerful. Tracking your pipeline has never been so easy. Using Hubspot's templates makes it fast to start reaching clients. If you want to edit templates or tabs you can do that as well in a matter of seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not finding it before! I missed so many sales in my past by using complex CRM's that made it difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my leads I would say is my greatest benefit.
Very Adaptable and helpful
What do you like best about the product?
They manage to find new and improved ways of tracking the client and for us even patient process in a mostly readable way from start to finish which is smoother and simpler than the competition.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel that the tabs are a bit cluttered and Hubspot could benefit from a bit of a UI rework on the tab dropdown nature to make it a bit more together rather than spread into arguably confusing subcategories
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The sales flow process and tracking our client and patient interaction from start to finish. The dialer options and features are also incredibly helpful for notating cold/warm calls and following up.
Hubspot is the answer to cover the end-to-end needs for our business.
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to the competitors, on top of the required features such as dashboards, deals, and meetings, Hubspot can cover multiple pipelines and various business development needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot can make improvements on the breadth of features and automation for the free version, also improve the bug resolution on automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realize that the sales hub can help us to monitor our sales team better. The team has been more productive, and in line, so we can increase our sales performance.
3 months in and I can't imagine using anything else!
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the ease of use, logical flow, and the ability to use it across our customer service, sales, and marketing teams. I have about 12 years of experience using CRM's, and this is by far my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only two issues I have come across are that it does not autosave changes, and when sending an email through the platform, formatting changes occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing our sales process and keeping everyone on the same page, and being able to track everything. Using Hubspot has increased productivity and decreased critical issues.
User friendly, lot of funcionality/integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the pipelines and organizations, manual and automated tasks for accountability, visibility across the organization, and customizable dashboards/reports, connected communication capabilities
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calling from the ticket, it doesn't connect the "call" activity to the ticket, only to the contact. It would be nice to assign certain playbooks to certain types of tickets. We have a ton of playbooks, notes snippets, and templates. Seems like they're all just in a big list/database, could be more organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can call, email, and text a contact from the contact page, deal page, or ticket. I like how clean it is, and how you can view all activity or sort for specific activity type. So, communication problem solved. Internally, we tag each other in notes a lot as well. We also display key metrics on dashboards, and we get automated tasks to remind us of key deliverables.
A tool for everything
What do you like best about the product?
i can virtually control every aspect of the sale process and i never forget to follow up a contact or the contact's info themselves. Its a must have!
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes its kind of buggy and some tools are a bit clumsy

I can mail, call and takes notes about every prospect.
