Great CRM for growing startups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create simple reports on pipelines and deal stages. In addition, having cadences built into the sales hub is super valuable
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation and deeper level reporting is a bit lacking, when your startup gets bigger, moving to Salesforce is kind of inevitable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sequencing to different prospects, managing our sales pipeline
Hubspot allowed for me to grow at Ocula rby being able to utilize CRM method to increase outreaches.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create lists. Also, see from your outreaches how many of them were clicked, opened, or not viewed. It allows for my follow-ups to have a higher percentage of responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I will see glitches that will not allow me to add contacts. It only happens every couple of weeks, it can be pretty frustrating, but I don't think it lasts that long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped with creating and organizing my sales process; it provides valuable intel on your prospects and buyers and allows me to track and forecast revenue based on accurate data quickly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I feel as though if you are working in the marketing or sales space, your company can only benefit by using Hubspot. It allows for you to make your company be ahead of the curb in CRM.

Enables bulk messaging to qualified leads.

I don't have a lot to compare it to, honestly as this is my first role in recruiting/ sales.

Hubspot allows tracking of communications, managing leads and turning qualified leads into sales.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful is the tasks tab that allows managing my daily tasks. The overview of the companies (child/parent) and the different contact helped us have a better mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an SDR, the tab of deals is not helpful because we manage our activities through the tasks and not the deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot benefits us in term of data (number of call, meeting booked, number of activities per week/day). Hubspot insights has helped us to have more accurate information about our targets

If you are looking to improve your sales performance, hubspot is the solution

I appreciate the different ways to visualize data, deal stages, and the ease of scheduling follow ups with reminders

I wish the data would load more quickly. Sometimes it takes minutes to populate a new deal from an existing contact.

The data help me visualize my sales funnel and keep things from falling through the cracks.

Can spend a healthy amount of time building out what we need from a data/ops point of view to be able to create a clean 'workflow' of how our reps operate and scale our growth.

Sometimes workflows are required to be built to fix what might seem like a simple thing, to get around a certain issue. Using extra workflows as 'tags' to catch filters to prevent issues happening

What do you like best about the product?
The sequences and automatization allow us to reach many partners consistently. As well as this, the entire system help the whole team keep focused on their personal and commercial goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of opportunity to rewrite features. This means if we would like to write in an extra tap on the side of the company profile, then it would not let us .
