Effectiveness of HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gmail and HubSpot are interlinked, and it is easy for me to see my emails from clients even when I am not logged in to my HubSpot account. I like how I can also easily make calls
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about HubSpot. Except when the system is down once in a while, which is understandable. Should try running maintenance after hours when fewer people are on the system to avoid glitches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see when clients have opted out of communication, and I can quickly attend to them. I can also see when a client has clicked on a link from my emails requesting a meeting; which is also helpful

HubSpot is easy to use and effective
HubSpot is one of the best CRM tools.
What do you like best about the product?
Tools for managing clients and leads are most helpful for sales development. I can send 7000 cold emails per day; moreover, I can track links embedded in emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a limit for cold e-mail sequences. I want to send more than 500 personal cold emails to my prospect list, but I have to pay more to do that. But still, ıt is the best CRM tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can manage and follow all activities for our clients. Also, Hubspot has many tools for sales development. For instance, I can create an email sequence and embed links in these emails. Then, I can follow opened link by your client.

You can use HubSpot to increase your sales activities.

I like the ability to make lists the most!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I cannot choose a timezone when making an appointment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to fix the time zone issue. I have noticed hubspot gives me the ability to store all my leads in one place and also I can calculate my sales and how many appointments I book.

Getting more leads and very easy to manage those leads via hubspot. Converting cold leads into a hot lead and closed won also.

We love how easy it is to call a person and write an automated email.

I dont like that the calling tool has not enough minutes.

We are using it for contacting potential customers, so no follow up is missed ever.
Good Tool with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the dynamic reporting that can be built based on any created property within the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system is built for sales, marketing, customer/user support - I wish there were more capabilities for ongoing account management or client success. Additionally, while I love the dynamic reporting, I wish I could time send via email my reports so they are in my inbox at a cadence of my choosing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of the properties are standardized by HubSpot and therefore uneditable. There are a few properties I would love to edit as the pre-produced options do not apply to our business.

Some minor connections or integrations are missing, especially in the field of calls within dialpad. or the skip task functionality

I like the sales report function that allows you to oversee all the sales-related activities. I also like that you could easily build your own dashboard.

Nothing much that I could think of. Maybe better integration with Gmail.

HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to better collaborate with team members. I could easily jump into a client email without being looped into the email chain.
