The Simplicity of the HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about the sales up (from a marketing perspective) is the ability to create templates for your sales team, so your marketing efforts stay on brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simplicity of the Sales Hub is a blessing and a curse. There are aspects that feel underdeveloped and lack complexity, like predesign templates which are 100% editable, but by the same token, the simplicity makes it easy to use and very straightforward for the sales folks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem solved with Sales Hub is inaccurate messaging consisting of off-brand language or personality, spelling/grammar, and email etiquette. The benefit of solving this massive problem is all customer or lead generation outreach is consistent, so as not the confuse prospects, no matter how far they are down the funnel.
Reliable and solid Sales software for SME
What do you like best about the product?
Currently, I have tested the Free plan that include CRM & Marketing tools and the Sales tools. A combination of that both categories of tools really bring out the best of Hubspot even for the Free plan. What I like the most is the Deal Pipeline feature. We are able to schedule a meeting in advanced with a prospective client by providing them with a form, and the booking even automatically syncs with Google calendar. It is similar to Streak in organising sales pipeline, but since this is cloud based, instead of browser extension, we are able to use it on any browser without downloading extra extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
Regarding the free tools, nothing to dislike. The only issue is the cost for an extra feature is expensive. For example, simple automation requires us to upgrade to the paid plan. If they could consider providing a minimum premium feature to free plan users would be great so that we could test it before we decide it is the tool we are looking for that are within our budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to use another platform for sales pipeline such as Streak, but with Hubspot, we can see a better overview of the pipeline in a beautiful UI and easy navigation for scheduling and contact management on the cloud. We are also able to invite teammates to set up and manage the sales hub.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For anyone wanted to test it out first, go ahead and try the Free plan. Once you see fit, upgrade. If you are a small company, a Free plan is sufficient.
Sales for the win
What do you like best about the product?
We use companies, contacts, deals, and forecasting/reporting all in one place to save time and effort. We are also working on implementing more of the bot and automation workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The conversation interface is a bit clunky compared to other apps I have used. The interface does not automaticly switch between email and chat. Improve the handling and indication of the client online/offline interactions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking all of our sales and client activity in one app is a huge time savings. We were managing contacts and company info in a couple of apps and it made for a lot of duplicate information and work.
HubSpot is a great resource!!
What do you like best about the product?
So many resources to help you create more dynamic playbooks, training manuals, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is there is so much information it's hard to keep up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Innovation to our training platforms and sales teams
Useful - but expensive and difficult to configure
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use to launch a company and super user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very expensive once you start using it and becomes difficult to get additional functionality without paying a lot more money
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using hubspot as a CRM to contact and track our sales channels
Perfect CRM for growth start-ups
What do you like best about the product?
A clear and comprehensive UI and UX is the best part about this platform. Maintaining CRM data is difficult but Hubspot Sales Hub makes it fairly easy and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there aren't many things that I dislike, some rigger around data representation and ability to custom create accurate dashboard could be surely be improved.
Another place where things can be improved is the "tasks" this should be a default view for each sales agent.
Another place where things can be improved is the "tasks" this should be a default view for each sales agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sanity around deals and business prediction. Another, benefits is the clear pipeline visibility with ability to track prospect activities. Another benefit is the automation around sales follow-ups.
Great to Start But Gets Expensive, Fast
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot will put data from your emails and the Web, automatically enriching your data. User interface is simpe. The smart que feature makes follow up a breeze. Very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
To do simple workflows and automation, you need to upgrade to a plan that costs hundreds of dollars a month. This isn't feasible for a small business just starting out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot to build a lead database. We use another program for marketing. Although limited, Hubspot does have nice marketing features, the templates are easy to create. The ability to have enriched data makes data entry somewhat faster.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the analytics as a part of both the free and paid versions, and the tracking is awesome! It's interested that the main features are only skin deep.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of anything right now, Its a great third party service that works well with outlook and gmail servers.
(my organization no longer allows usage of this tool)
(my organization no longer allows usage of this tool)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve the tracking and marketing analytics with HubSpot. I never knew that one could connect with both professional and personal networks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Check with your local HR about policies regarding the usage of HubSpot.
The glue that binds marketing and sales teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's sales hub is fantastic because it is straightforward to use. Pipelines are intuitive with templated workflows and suggestions. Plus there are plenty of reports in the library to give you ideas! CRMs like Saleforce are great for your sales team, but they can be difficult to setup and expensive to manage and expensive. Hubspot is simple to setup and quickly delivers value to your sales and marketing teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as customizable as salesforce so you sometimes get locked into certain properties. That said, simple is better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead capture, email marketing automation, sales enablement, and revenue ops reporting. We also added the service hub since our customer success team needed it (and loves it too).
Hubspot for tracking deals
What do you like best about the product?
Deals are easy to track and it can be nicely customized as need be. I appreciate the various filters available and how all the activities are logged contact wise for each deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially it's bit of a task to figure out how it works for someone who has never used a CRM before. The up time can be better too as it crashes sometime. Othewise it's a good tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping all the contacts and deals neetly organized which makes it easier to track stage by stage. The email reminders are a problem solver at times too. There is transparency among the team too.
