Feature-Rich and Flexible Sales Hub with a Clean, Easy-to-Use UI

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Feature rich with great flexibility for a number of use-cases, from simple and straightforward enterprises to broad and complex organisation, I'll be surprised if what you need to achieve from a sales/marketing management perspective can't be done with HubSpot Sales Hub. The UI is really nice, it makes digesting the various features and tools nice and easy, even for users with a little less technical know-how. This makes implementation easy, including integrating with external tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the pros is just how feature-rich it is, but this can also be something I found a bit frustrating in the past. The initial onboarding is great, but that falls off when it comes to setting up more advanced features of Sales Hub. While setting up something new, for example, it can sometimes feel a bit unclear what you'll achieve by going through the various steps and what affect that will have on other parts of Sales Hub. I think just a little bit clearer documentation, which is country-specific, would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my customer relationships with a light-touch approach for my needs. I used it to keep track of business deals, progressing through a simple pipeline. I have integrated Sales Hub with some other applications I use which has been really helpful in managing information related to customers and projects I work on. It benefits me by giving me a single source of truth when it comes to CRM and business development.

Efficient Sales Tracking, But High Costs

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sequence function in HubSpot Sales Hub as it automates a lot of the manual aspects of sales outreach, especially when nurturing prospects who aren't ready to enter the sales process. I also appreciate the document section which keeps all relevant sales collateral in an easy-to-find location. When we roll out updated collateral, the document section makes sure salespeople are using the latest version since they only have access to the version in HubSpot. Additionally, it helps track all actions related to sales activity, keeps data visible through dashboards, and highlights hotter opportunities by tracking email opens and clicks. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mainly the price, to upgrade to the professional sales hub the price of HubSpot increases dramatically and based on the market, there's a number of cheaper platforms that integrate well with HubSpot that offer all of the same features at a fraction of the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage pipelines, automate sales outreach, and track leads. It helps track all sales activities, keeps data visible through dashboards, highlights opportunities by tracking email interactions, and ensures document version control.

Highly Versatile and User-Friendly CRM

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use and user-friendly HubSpot Sales Hub is; anyone can become an expert in a short time. I also like how it integrates with every software we use, connecting our entire tech stack through many plugins. This integration reduces the amount of time I spend switching back and forth and manually entering data, saving me dozens to hundreds of hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one part that could be improved is more advancements to the sequencing aspect, currently there are some challenges salespeople face that a sequence cannot be easily edited once it has been started or prospects are enrolled. There are also limitations around bulk enrollments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage customer relationships at scale, saving me dozens to hundreds of hours by reducing manual data entry through seamless integrations.

HubSpot Sales Hub: All-in-One Sales Management with Powerful Automation & Analytics

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its all-in-one approach to managing the sales process. It centralizes contacts, deals, and communications, making it easy to track leads and follow up efficiently. The automation features, like email sequences and task reminders, save time and ensure no opportunities slip through the cracks. Additionally, the reporting and analytics give clear insights into sales performance, helping me make data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find challenging about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of its advanced features can be complex to set up, especially automation and reporting for larger teams. Occasionally, certain customizations feel limited unless you upgrade to higher-tier plans, which can be restrictive for smaller businesses. Additionally, the abundance of features can sometimes make the interface feel overwhelming at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve challenges related to managing leads, tracking deals, and maintaining consistent communication with prospects. By centralizing contact information, automating follow-ups, and providing clear reporting, it reduces manual work and ensures that no opportunities are missed. This benefits me by saving time, improving organization, and giving better visibility into the sales pipeline, which ultimately helps me close deals more efficiently.

Organized Sales Process in Sales Hub, But Core Features Feel Paywalled

  • March 11, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been able to design the entire sales process in the Sales Hub, which has made it much easier to keep everything organized and consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic features should really be included in the core seat, rather than being locked behind sales licences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves is having a central hub to describe the complete customer journey, from prospect to customer.

Intuitive CRM That Keeps Prospects, Deals, and Email Tracking Organized

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot has been a great CRM for my business. The Starter version gives me everything I need to track prospects, manage deals, and keep notes organized without being overly complicated. The interface is intuitive and easy to learn, and the email tracking and pipeline management tools are especially helpful for staying on top of sales conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that can be a little frustrating is transitioning companies from being prospects to clients. The process is not as straightforward as it could be, and it sometimes takes a few extra steps to update the lifecycle stage and organize them the way I would prefer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me keep all of my sales activity and prospect information in one place. It gives me visibility into where opportunities stand and makes follow up much easier, which ultimately helps me stay organized and close more business.

Underwhelming Sales Tool Experience

  • March 10, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Sales Hub unifies all of our incoming customer data and creates a sales pipeline, allowing our team of sales consultants to work simultaneously. I also value the normal sales pipeline and maybe some data dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics could be better or either we are not using it right. For example, we want to look at conversion rates for deals that came in a certain month and are either already won or lost. Or maybe we're just looking at conversion rates for that month and want to also include deals that are still pending. Making it easier to view and more intuitive would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub unifies our customer data, creates a sales pipeline, and allows sales consultants to work simultaneously.

Effective Sales Tracker with Room for Improvement

  • March 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub automatically sets recurring meetings and tracks KPIs for me. It reminds me to follow up, which cuts down on the time I need to spend tracking. I really like using the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have a task that I didn't complete, it marks the last time I contacted a person as the task's due date even when the task wasn't finished; this should only happen when a task is completed. I can't track new connections that I manually add; it only tracks those coming from the marketing side through forms. Setting up reports to get what I want is challenging and not very intuitive, and the help feature doesn't make it easier. There's no way to track when someone reaches out to me for the first time or responds via text. I'd like more options like sending LinkedIn connections and InMail, particularly since I have LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Having to log in multiple times daily on the desktop, despite using the 'remember me' option, is frustrating. It would be helpful if there was a feature to summarize all correspondence and suggest follow-ups, placing it into the message for review. I want to customize follow-up intervals without manually setting custom dates, with more default options like '1 week,' '2 weeks,' '1 month,' etc. during the setup, we had to use a third-party service to help with reports and customization, which should have been included. I wasn't impressed with them as they dropped the ball on many things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub keeps track of all my contacts, sets follow-up cadences, tracks deals and deal stages, and automates KPI tracking, saving me time.
