Great tool for building brand awareness via sequences.
What do you like best about the product?
Sequences! It's working in the background so that I can build brand awareness, generate interest and sometimes land meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that templates and sequences are in different tabs. It seems like all collateral you create or want to share should all be in one spot. Lots of time wasted trying to figure what is where.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building brand awareness because the majority of my assigned accounts had zero or just a dew contacts in them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Figure out how you will strategically use the Sequence tool as soon as possible. It took me sending out 3 or 4 til I started to feel comfortable and that the message was in sync with my prospects.

It is very easy and it allows me to be more efficient in my role. I enjoy using the app when out in the field while visiting prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only dislike is that I did not find it sooner.

Cost Affordable CRM Solution for SME's
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is an effective tool for SME that are growing rapidly. Their integrations with prospecting, email databases and marketing tools make for nice ease of use. Email tracking and automatic call recording have served beneficial when growing our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations on the sales pipeline when viewing deals. Provides limited data tracking labels for abstract use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing overall pipeline management, been able to implement standardized processes into our sales performance.

Keeping my contacts and prospects in one place, tracking my communication and logging deals
You do not have to spend a fortune to have a balanced Sales, Marketing, and Operations Hub
What do you like best about the product?
Their weekly emailed prompts and training refreshers help navigate as well as within the Hubspot platform, you have many internal guides on how to make the best use of data tracking. I like that you can see your progress and your teammates' progress on tasks, deals, calls, meetings, and notes. It helps with your goals/KPI's. Also, the ability to call right from Hubspot using your cell number is genius.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can only think of one thing, and that is the limits on the number of emails we can send, but all in all, this platform works very well at all levels and teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a way to connect the dots between Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Client Success Teams. Hubspot has done that and beyond.

TO KEEP SALES AGENTS REASONABLE OF PRODUCTS AND EMAIL THREADS
It will depend on if they are using an external phone system - not all programs integrate seamlessly

I think the CRM could do better with flagging duplicate accounts - as of right now we can only find duplicates with email addresses, but sometimes a prospect has more than one email address- it does not flag names or phone numbers which becomes a huge problem

Website integration feature. This notifies you when a lead visits your website. which is nice for inbound leads

Hubspot is always reliable and easy to use

There really isn't much I dislike about Hubspot; maybe if it was easier to filter your prospects.

Sharing information with our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
It´s effortless to create sequences, follow through them, create contact views, and if it is your first time using a sales CRM it is quite amicable to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many locks on the functionalities you can use, to create reports you have to be authorized, to export contacts, and so many other menial tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatizing contact with prospects, follow up with them. The greatest benefit is that you have all the info in just one place, you can link your SalesNavigator and see the prospects contact without opening another tab, you can understand what activities marketing have been doing with that prospect, and you can see the interaction your prospect has with your communication, helping you prioritize those who show more interest over others.
