The need for extra access to premium features.

Its a staple, can't survive w/o it and Salesforce is terrible for email!

not much, just wish it was a bit more sophisticated!

It Helps me create follow-up tasks, sets reminders, and set alerts if there's a change in the contact position or change of organization

Its easy to integrate multiple email platforms to hubspot
One of the best CRM final solutions for all business sizes
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot provides a great variety of integrations with all sorts of data that can be collected and processed/analyzed to understand your team´s performance better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some slight bugs to be fixed, mainly with Typeform integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary tool I utilize is the task management system for my leads. Mainly my great sales results are being achieved by maintaining the daily tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you require a simple tool for only maintaining sales engagement or a fully operational complex tool for CRM purposes, you´ll be all set with Hubspot

What do you like best about the product?
Saving email templates and utilizing sequences. Connecting Linkedin Sales Nav to hubspot to complete tasks in a timely manner
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation surround lifecycle stages and lead statuses. I wish you could remove the automation - especially from a high-growth startups perspective. Things on our side change often and being able to override some of the automation would be useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enables our sales team to better manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a sale, stay on top of everything from deal stages, to follow ups, to invoicing.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite is the task manager it allows you to complete tasks and move on to the next task without going back and forth between pages. Saves alot of time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and analytics are confusing and sometimes hard to pull specific reports I use most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completing a task, scheduling a new task, and moving to a new task can all be done in one fluid action. This help reach daily goals within the allotted time.

For task oriented positions it is a must have!

HubSpot is an amazing resource for tips on selling as well as a great centralized platform to ensure you have a seamless workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike is that I cant select multiple tasks to schedule an email. If it's there, I just haven't found it yet. Other than that, zero complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to develop a solid pipeline and monitor the progression through the platform. It makes followups a breeze.

Easy to use CRM that makes makes my job easier.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy and efficient Hubspot is to use as a CRM. All of a contact's information and past calls and conversations are in one place. By enrolling contacts into a sequence and automating your tasks, you're able to reach out to them without having to think about it on a day-to-day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know that there is anything that I dislike about using Hubspot. You can enroll contacts into a sequence which makes it easier to reach out to them every so often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have to use several applications to manage customer accounts. Everything is all in one place, which simplifies my job and allows me to focus on closing more deals.
