Very easy to use. Lots of features . I like it!

I like the features of it. Easy to use especially for those who are beginners in using CRM.

So far so good, don't see any issues. Great!

Sometimes it's too slow. But its fine and manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
It has everything that a startup needs - sales, marketing, service, dashboards
What do you dislike about the product?
Becomes slightly complicated at some places and difficult to understand at times. Certain features are still WIP and so there's a lot of changes that happen and need to be updated with those

The flexibility and the features I like the most and the features are really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need improvement in terms of Meeting Call duration and the some new feature need to add like calling minutes and the task.

TO categorize the leads with the status and can solve the closer part easily.

There is nothing as such which i dislike about Hubspot. It has all the things which i need in the sales process.

Automation of reaching prospects using sequences helps a lot. It makes the life of sales person easier and keep the tasks running.

Frequences and the way to contact by phone calls. It's very cool that you can also see all the activity at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might add more functionalities os make it more visual with different colours every caregory.

Contacting customers about missing info. it is really easy to follow the contact chain.
Great Product easier functionality than Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I am a big fan of the UX of the product. Although the product works really well, the design and interface is far more attractive and engaging compared to Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a few bugs on the system and limited functionality that haven't been as thought out when introducing new products or developing existing ones.

Understanding sales traction and using integrated analytics to review performance and improve existing sales cycles.
Platform is very intuitive for the complexity of features that it provides
What do you like best about the product?
The platform provides a very high level of tailoring to build what works best for your team. It's also very intuitive, which allows you to be quick. All the information provided with tips when setting something up is very easy to follow and relevant most of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionalities that are missing and would make our lives easier - one example is having a property for "change in HubSpot score" on our leads rather than the absolute value.

The platform allows us to analyze our prospects and automate a lot of the manual work effectively.
