What do you like best about the product?
The email sequence function which allows you to keep track of all clients loaded on it already so there is no duplicates.

That every time you click on something it opens a new window

What do you like best about the product?
Automating the day to day sales processes as well as visualization through the dashboards are the things that I like the most.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot lacks certain functionalities, such as creating category and sub-category fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot is a single source of truth for us for all the sales data and processes. It has helped us to drive the business in a very effective manner.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is awesome. Very easy to get in touch and solve issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, everything is reasonably priced and the features work well. Perhaps things could be a bit more self-explanatory, as I've had to search for answers online, or contact support a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to launch our email campaigns and newsletters which is great to generate leads.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very customizable platform and enables me to highlight and track what is essential for me. Managing my potential customers and tracking my progress from contact to sales is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
First, I cannot create multiple signatures for templates. Second, sometimes when I try to save data, I encounter minor problems, but still, it doesn't affect my process too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to manage my customer portfolio and allows me to track every customer individually. In terms of sales process, I can create an environment to provide specialized attention to every customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will be beneficial to be able to create multiple signatures for different templates. Also, an automated analyzing tool based on deal pipelines could be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like mostly the integration options, calling function over the HubSpot app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The statistics of our sequences is sometimes misleading. The timezone of the daily statistics doesn't match.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM, Sequences, Calling, Statistics, SDR performance.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot functionality is great. Me and my team are using HubSpot extensively for all of our needs. The Uİ is quite intuitive so there were no problems getting used to it. We primarily use HubSpot for cold emailing, keeping track of all leads we have, and keeping all of our contacts in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features are pretty hard to find. However, HubSpot support is always there to help you.
Also, HubSpot lacks some link tracking capabilities in sequences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, we manage our pipelines and sequences in HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create the sequences quickly, and they're pretty straightforward. In addition, I love that you can schedule them for any day you want, and it doesn't have to be today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not too fond of a few things, the first being that you can only schedule 500 each day which runs out pretty quickly. Moreover, the system can't tell the difference between an automatic reply and when a person replies, so it unenrolled automatic replies from the sequence, which isn't very good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The email tracking system is great! And the overall organization of all the data with our leads/clients.
