All the functionalities offered are comprehensive and a one-stop solution for marketing operations.

Sometimes its gets a little slow and causes issues.

We have been able to generate more leads as Hubspot acted as a intelligent tool to direct all efforts in a focused manner.

Not even a single thing, that I have come across that hubspot can't do .

Sales qualified leads,marketing qualified leads.
There are a ton of built in templates & tools that helps me, one of the best analytics I have ever used .

Hub Spot is a Complete Package Tool which every sales folk desire.(The Best I have came across)
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Is the third CRM tool that I encountered recently and I can say without a doubt it's the best tool I have Used.
The biggest plus I would say is that it's so easy to add a contact. Just need to Integrate with your Gmail and send an email to any of your contacts and it gets captured automatically.
Keeping a track of your leads/Deals is way simpler.
Calling experience is also Top-notch. In short, I would recommend every sales folk to try this.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I see is that it constantly reminds you to get your follow-up done. Which in a way is so useful:)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has sorted my entire work routine, Using it for all my day-to-day tasks sending out emails, LinkedIn Reminders, Call tasks.

A very broad and horizontal platform
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales Hub is a very exciting software to work with. One of features I work day in day out is sequences. This feature helps automate my email process and for sure increases my bandwidth for other tasks in the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hubspot has many many properties and at times becomes a hassle to correct an incorrect entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Follow-up would become a new task if Hubspot was not in place. The benefits are plenty. The main is that all the data, analytics, tracking are all in a single platofrm.
Best in Class CRM and Marketing Automation Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Well, the CRM platform of Hubspot is quite robust and easy to use for a self starter and a person who is new to Marketing CRM system. Also they have best features in terms of Marketing Automation and Email Marketing channels. The API are easy to crack and use for backend data. They have really good UI when it comes to easy to use and usability. The Contacts and Companies can be collaborated quickly. Deals are easy to be created and can be used to track the customer journey. The analytics and reporting of the Hubspot is one of best in class to give a clear visual of the numbers too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multifilter/ filter to all feature is kind of missing where you can filter the data in one go with just one options. They have the feature but not with high usability and great options. They can add feature like history where we can see the value of a particular property on a day and compare that with the present value it can be really important and helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems are basically handling the contact and company and deal level conversion and data on Hubspot CRM, Also using Hubspot for calling and creating Demand Generations by driving sales. Navigating the deals across stages to define the revenue of the company. Solving the marketing automation problem using workflows and also using Email marketing channels to create email campaign. Also Used Analytics tools to track website and form submission and visits.
An excellent platform to reinforce your marketing efforts and show you a unified image.

What do you dislike about the product?
Buggy sometimes, but they do notify about it and get it resolved quickly as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot for automating our marketing activities, and the most important benefit I have realized is the ease to view the entire journey of a lead from the first touchpoint to the conversion stage, and the single dashboard with various reports for easy analysis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it.
Great CRM it provides easy access to deals and account management!

You were able to upload contacts and sort deals and monitor progress of sales stages.

I cannot say much but sometimes the soft phone wont connect (Ziwo)

It was an easy tool in generating reports. Real time monitoring is very effective as well.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and ease it provides in working along with customization options on the Hubspot portal. Filtering option and bifurcating.

Nothing in particular that i disliked would recommend it to other non-users

We have used it for sales for conversion and increasing our sales purchases, contacting and conversing with potential buyers.
Easy, Accessible, Self learning tool!!
What do you like best about the product?
one-stop solutions for all!! Its easy access to take down a note while on call is the favorite and time-saving tool. bifurcation of your task in multiple format to prioritise your work.

Limited drop-down conditions.. there should be call back options or tab

Not faced significant issues as such. i like the easy access to all required details while on calls
