What do you like best about the product?
Being able to review last conversations with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to fully integrate Cradle, to make calls from Hubspot to cradle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Following up on conversations and emails, when you can't remember what the last point of contact was about.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration between my emails, and the ability to create tasks means you can always be ontop of your workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage, nothing!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is an easy platform to follow up with different team members. Everything is tracked, and you can know who did what with the different users. We don't waste time sharing Excel sheets, and it's a quick and easy update from anywhere we are. Also, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
maybe some more integrations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track and close sales efficiently, getting a quick overview of status updates. It simplifies team follow-ups, tracks actions, and ensures easy updates without Excel sheets.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a good solution, but it can get very pricey.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing which we like about this tool is the kind of analytics they are providing. It is helping our sales-focused employees quite to the point in planning forecasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The kind of integration options they are providing is something that can be improved. We can not say we dislike this feature, but it could have been better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems related to sales forecasting, sales management, sales analytics using this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, I can create email sequences and campaigns for my prospects, and creating and using email templates is a breeze. It's a great tool for keeping track of your pipeline and moving prospects through the sales process. They have training videos on pretty much every function of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can fail at some times. Random logouts. It does take a bit of time to become well versed with the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Moving prospects through the pipeline, dialing in the demographic and reaching out to different prospects, companies, and industries with a purpose. It's a great tool to track your sales progress.

What do you like best about the product?
It automaticly gives you the info where the company is located, their time zone and how big the company is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app tends to be bugging and lqgging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sorting and checking leads. Also keeping detailed reviews of outreaching that was made.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to use once you get familiar with it. You will need to arm yourself with some patientce regarding the site sometimes lagging.
