How Hubspot has improved our orgs workflows
What do you like best about the product?
The power of workflows has been huge for us. Being able to create workflows that benefit multiple teams across the org has not only decreased the time it takes for us to complete certain tasks but also has enabled us to build out processes that we would have never been able to automate before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the sales CRM could be more customizable. Hubspot has grown since first implementing at SoundCloud but it would be great if we could customize individual pipelines on a more granular level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving multiple things: Approval Processes, Forecasting Sales, Sending emails via workflows based on a set of criteria, utilizing forms to enable our users to create profiles for themselves, notifications based on sets of criteria. We are now able to have one source of truth for all our users which is huge. Being able to automate email workflows has also created higher conversion for signups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a great product that does a lot, if you are looking for in-depth sales analytics you may have to integrate with a sales BI tool to compliment it.

the activity feed allowing you to see when emails are being opened and links clicked.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Deals function is clunky, and the dates have to be changed multiple times when moving deals around. I would also prefer a direct integration into xero as these deals are often filtered through incorrectly

What do you like best about the product?
The filtering options are quite helpful for me, especially in a growing team; being able to sort by everything from colleague to lead status has been really beneficial in efficiency for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to bulk add leads into a list or sequence is highly frustrating and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Disorganisation was a massive problem for us using old spreadsheets, so now we have almost a live document of the right leads, as well as even being able to see the last time someone was contacted on LI or via email has been a great help.

Please add a feature to bulk-add leads to lists and sequences

What do you like best about the product?
It is efficient and relatively easy to use especially if you are on the customer service industry. You can fast track the progress with the help of the hubspot dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, everything is beneficial. I hope there is a mass email sender.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to provide an excellent experience to our clients because we can easily check the emails assigned to us.

There's no integration to LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Organizing the sales cycle, prioritizing leads, understanding the pipeline.
Hubspot is the best email tool for me, it is so easy to learn the features are not complicated

Using Hubspot Sales Hub increases productivity inside the whole company
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a complex ecosystem that enables you to connect with your leads and customers in a practical way. You can do it in several ways, through calls, meetings, emails and messages, control their status with amazing customizable pipelines and get everything done at the right time by the correct assignee using the tasks. Simply amazing and very complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor issues are still to improve, and Hubspot is always asking what needs to be improved. At this moment, the information for the meetings scheduled online using hubspot is very poor and it's not possible to get all of the pieces of information regarding the meeting in the workflows, for example. This is a current issue for us, but in general we only have pros.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the pipelines since the beginning was very important, as we needed our inside sales team to report us how much they were intending on bringing in that week or month. Also, the meetings with our hubspot users is a very versatile tool, we use in several different ways in our business. The most important benefit we see using Hubspot is that everything is in one place, the dashboards and reports centre really help to deal with so much data that the company, leads and customers produce, it's simply very practical to be able to take actions looking only into one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just go for it. If you intend to have a growing business, Hubspot is certainly one of the best CRMs to work with, and it's much more than a CRM, so weight the pros and cons and make your decision.
