Hub-Spot (The most reliable modern integrated software for the New Normal")
What do you like best about the product?
Hub-Spot has all CRM facets, it is by far the best due to the fact that it has an incredibly comprehensive function that outweighs most paid CRMs on the market, and you can use it across your marketing, sales, and customer service teams. It's a great option for just about every business out there. You can link it to your calendar, slack etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It limits access to other functions, that are only accessible to Administrators. For example, I do not have access to the e-signature function, so each time I have to go around and request for colleagues that have access to enable this function. It would be great if all can get access to such functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duplication of leads, content production, marketing tools, setting up meetings and also qualifying our prospects. This has by far cut off the time we used to spend while working with the traditional sales. HubSpot offers a modern approach to sales by integrating all aspects of our business into one.

All main sales activities can be done in one place.

Functionality is lacking.
Sequences have only basic functions.
A lot of bugs and errors make it difficult to work with the tool daily.
Prioritizing and grouping tasks is complex and not intuitive.
Sequence stats are lacking in methodology.
Working with lists is a headache.

Comparing to the previous tool, it is only causing problems, not solving them.

Sorting customers, categories clients, and stay organized.

Some times might encounter problems with email tracking, email may not be delivered to clients INBOX.but spam.

Once you get the basics down Hubspot gives you the visibility you need as you start selling and need to organize your demand generation and sales activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking and data depth when it comes to multidimensional analysis of what worked and didn't work in the marketing mix.

Sales activity, moving prospects down the funnel and keeping track of where they are in the pipeline

Definitely a good place to start when you have outgrown your small freemium CRM/Sales hub and need a platform to enable growth

Optimal Sales System for modern Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I very much like the easiness of navigation, graphic layout and variety of helpful featur as templates, sequences and meeting automation. HubSpot is very user-friendly. At a glance you learn all the most important information about leads, can start a conversation with them and set reminders for follow-ups. Sequences are just great to get in touch with many prospects at once. I also very much appreciate the email tracking, to see if my e-mail copy engage the recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only see limiting five views in the "Contacts" or "Companies" tab as a constraint. There sometimes just is a need to add more at once and work on them during the day or having it still available after you close the tab, but it is not something that's bothering me too much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot I made my sales job a lot easier. Faster communication process, insightful e-mail tracking and no need to worry forgetting about any planned steps (thanks to tasks, reminders etc.). It also boosted my productivity and helped improve my time-management skills.

As always, give it a try and test yourself! You won't regret it :)

It is a very good CRM management tool I have ever seen. HubSpot has solved our automation problem and that will really help us to manage email automation, workflows etc

Sometimes it's lagging doesn't happen often. Maybe they're updating something when there's an error.

It makes following up and updating the client's database easier.
HubSpot: The Best CRM for Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
As a Client Services Coordinator, the best feature of Hubspot is the automatic assignment of emails and tickets to the users. It makes our work more convenient and timely. The Tickets made us time-sensitive to quickly respond to our clients and make sure everything was covered. I also like the features of Notes, Templates, and Snippets. It makes us respond in a faster and uniform way. The Service Analytics Reports helps us also to monitor our performance and output and what is the timeframe when we're handling our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I can't see anything that I don't like with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is working well. All the benefits mentioned are being used and realized and I think the Return on Investment in Hubspot is high.

I highly recommend adding more features because it's all worth it! Hubspot is the best!
It has multiple features which is interesting but with lot more space to improve

Duplicates contacts can be created easily Plus, there is no way that team up on accounts can be shown. There is only one owner for each account/ contact
