What do you like best about the product?
For me, it's templates. It allows you to send emails in just a few clicks without having to write it down all over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times though, especially when there's a new contact number or email address that is not registered but the call and sending of email is made through HubSpot, it automatically creates a new company which will only result to duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I was speaking of the thing I disliked in HubSpot, it also has an easy solution which is, merging deals/contacts/companies whenever there're dupes.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is the single source of truth for my business as everything I need is in one place. It's really easy to set up the platform and customize aspects to fit your needs. You don't need to know how to do everything, Hubspot academy makes it easy to learn how!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that you need to know is that the starter packages have limited feature functionalities, so hurry up and scale up your business so you can upgrade to professional!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot helps me track communications, pipelines, deals, and even provide invoices.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use
Create multiple sequences
Live in Hubspot no need to go anywhere else.
Email traction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notes seem to be too close together and become hard to read or track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer interaction and I've realized this makes the tool easy to use

It is easy to use than other CRM's out there and has everything you need in a sales tool.

I think the onboarding and getting set up can be quite daunting at first.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot sales hub delivers a great user experience and saves me a lot of time wasted on unnecessary tasks to focus on the parts of the job I enjoy.

There is not too much to dislike about Hubspot. It is a flexible platform that is able to be customised a lot to suit your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Email templates provide an excellent way to send out similar emails very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Hubspot meeting system does not have enough configuration options on how that shows up to clients. Many of my clients are expecting a phone call instead of a video conference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot sales hub allows me to respond to clients efficiently. There is a lot of basic information I repeatedly need to send different clients, and having both templates, snippets, and documents is excellent at streamlining this

Great tool. Look at the tutorials and tool walkthroughs on Hubspot's YT page.

Would like to be offered more training and workshops.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a Contact or Company takes seconds. It contains all of the information it used to take hours to accumulate and enter the data. Templates, schedules, everything is available to customize the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to team up with Rocketfish or another contact-based program that would allow you to also choose contacts to add when creating a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales, sales, sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Not overly complicated. I was trying to use Salesforce and it was way more than I needed. A client of ours recommended HubSpot and it was the perfect fit for our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
An organization may outgrow HubSpot but it works perfectly for small to medium organizations like ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps me to remember to follow up with clients. I can easily pull up a client's info and know their entire history.
It helps me keep all their contacts together, notes and tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Call and talk with someone at HubSpot. Everyone I've worked with at HubSpot has been super helpful, knowledgeable, and uses HubSpot too.
I received all the help I needed getting started and found HubSpot so intuitive to use.

10X Your Sales with HubSpot Sales Hub

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to use workflows, templates and sequences along with the daily task function allow me to dominate all other sales regions that do not apply the same amount of energy to the tools HubSpot Sales Hub. has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the HubSpot iOS app doesn't log every text msg I send to a prospect. I have to enter it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximising closed deals vs time output. Without HubSpot Sales Hub that would not have been possible.
