New to Sales, Great CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Correspondence logging/tracking of activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile notifications of email opens/clicks are not able to specify who did what if you send to more than one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How different clients like to be communicated with, how to modify the pace of the a deal based on how quickly/slowly clients digest info.
HubSpot Sales helps me perform everyday task to maximize profit.
What do you like best about the product?
Lists have been the most important process when it comes to tech sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to navigate through the tables can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create templates and send them via the lists created.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The cost can be spendy but worth it.

It's great for tracking all progress and tasks, especially with the integration of other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI requires tons of manual management, should be more user-friendly for less tech-savvy customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to track customer's engagement levels, which helps us understand how and when to reach them.
Wouldn't Use Any Other CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to customize and learn on the fly. Plus they handle support better than any company I've ever seen. I work for a small company and we don't have an true sales ops person (yet) - but Hubspot is super easy to customize, even for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike but I think their settings menu could be a little bit more intuitive. Sometimes it takes me a while to find where to go inside settings.

See when how many times they review my emails and how often

Phone calls drop lines during conversations with clients

Everything in one space
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about it is that everything is in one space. It's easy for cross-team functionality and tracking, so anyone and everyone on time is kept in the loop. Easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used a variety of CRM tools, and this one is pretty solid. The only complaint I have is the appearance is a little basic, but that's personal preference more than anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit I've realized is all the activity is logged under that specific contact. Whether marketing, support, or sales communicate with the client, we all know what was said and what is important to them.

What do you like best about the product?
The part where I do not have to create the company page separately as it automatically creates it by domain in the email address is best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature of logging meeting and to some extend sales report is not up to the mark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time with all automation like bulk uploads, automatic company page creation, daily work reports and others. The integrations with other platforms/social sites is good part.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the best CRMs in the community. It gives value for money, and it is effective in the sales process. I would recommend this product to all sales reps out there.
Hubspot CRM is like a Friendly Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The platform gives me nearly limitless functionality, but it's easy enough to use that I can even explain it to the sales team :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love a 'hub' dedicated to Customer/Client Success -- but in my time using Hubspot their team and user message boards have been very helpful!

Managing a SaaS Sales pipeline from top to bottom of the funnel.
Managing win/loss codes.
Extracting valuable data from our day-to-day operations.
Sharing information easily across the company via Hubspot reports and Slack integrations.

After working with Salesforce at previous companies -- this CRM is able to provide all the data I need for a Sales Team/Success Team and we don't need to route every request through an Admin.

What do you like best about the product?
Its more streamlined and allows the user to have more control while have a simple interface
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike so far is the import feature. Although it takes in a good amount of data, there are still a lot of things that I need to change manually, which make for more admin

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of things. There are lots of great tools that I can take advantage of. I really like being able to see the tasks that I have assigned to myself to make sure that I do not forget anything
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's very slow and the website isn't responsive. There is limited marketing analytics, and the template format won't allow me to insert a photo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving is my time management and organization. With the use of the Tasks function and a grid view of assigned deals under the sales tab, I can accurately see which deals I need to spend more time on.
