A fantastic platform!!
What do you like best about the product?
Helps me stay organized for all my deals. Everything is in one place. I also love how there are pre-built sequences for different scenarios. Hubspot makes me better at yjob!
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the most intuitive and I still feel like I have a lot to learn to understand it's power.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM and data management. I loved the ease of having everything in one place.
HubSpot has been instrumental in coordinating our sales communication, deal flows and management.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage deal flows and track all communication with individual clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences + workflows can be challenging at times to automate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving for a lack of organization with client outreach + communication. We've realized HubSpot simplifies this process by keeping all necessary info in one location.
Great software for SMB sales
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this software is automation in almost every aspect. I have been using the sequences feature since I don't know how long but have never been deceived by the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have experienced lag and delays in the software during critical tasks. However, it is covered well by other features in HubSpot Sales Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub have been excellent in managing my leadsets and reporting tool has been upgraded as well. I am really fond of HubSpot team putting in their 200% to ensure smooth operations

HubSpot itself is a must-have tool for a company eager to organize its operations and marketing simultaneously.
Feature rich and flexible with some quirks
What do you like best about the product?
The Templates, pipelines, meetings setups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact management between users. Task / deal pipeline connections. In ox filtering and search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Small scale office with admin and independant realtors. Centralised data / document sharing. Deal pipeline works great. Able to assess the null of my work in one place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Doesnt take long to learn and will help you better understand the operational aspects of Your busienss. Better to deep doce into the platform.
I can customize the fields needed on all the leads I am managing and it is really easy to use.

I can select the field from very important to less important details

Sometimes I have to refresh Hubspot before it is working

All calls are recorded, and I can get back to the conversation I had with the clients

Incredibly easy to use and manage both contacts and deals across relevant opportunity stages.

I frequently have issues where the system can't find contacts by standard search criteria (email, name, etc).

The ability to quickly and easy manage pipeline and have forecast visibility.

Sometimes there are some bugs or automatic workflows that are tricky to identify
