Easy and Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Daily email reminders make it easy to get through calls. The template tab allows me to send emails for follow-ups quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I dislike about the Hubspot platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

HubSpot is a great tool for organizing and saving time.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the custom dashboards and being able to track my leads with their activity on their end too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could prioritize my tasks with different levels of urgency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 40 plus new leads a month with complex needs. This tool allows me to consolidate all those needs and give team members that visibility too.

I would hurry up and use it.

I like the way I can create tasks, manage pipelines and follow the easy system.

The loading and refresh speeds affect work. It would be great when Hubspot works on them.

I am managing the sales process of my organization and find Hubspot to be very useful. I use Hubspot every day, and it helps me track my deals, make systematic follow-ups, etc.

If you are looking for a CRM, do not hesitate to start using Hubspot. It won't disappoint you.
Seamless customer focused experience
What do you like best about the product?
I've been a user of HubSpot for about 2 years now and the entirety of the software is focused on our customers. Overall, HubSpot is user friendly and makes taking care of our customers, keeping up with follow ups, scheduling meetings and more a seamless and easy experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would change about HubSpot is adding a "next" feature within the contacts. Instead of having to click on a contact, exit out, and select another, being able to browse from one to the next would save so much time in the long haul!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep track of all of our customers within HubSpot to make the transition smooth when handing off from one employee to the next. The most helpful feature I have found is setting tasks and task reminders to keep track of follow ups as it's easy to lose track of this in the world of sales.

If you're looking for the perfect CRM for your growing company, HubSpot is the one!
Have used HubSpot for over two years now
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. Our internal folks are working to utilize the tool natively instead of creating workflows that sometimes effect other flows. It's a re-learn, but a great idea and better use of how tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spotty connection sometimes, having to re-connect or being unsure my emails are tracked in HS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer outreach 1:1 or through sequences. Tracking customers, adding customers, tracking meetings, keeping and updating information about accounts and customers. Host templates and sequences. Sales Analytics and dashboards.

I dislike the limited sequence customizability as compared to Sales Enablement Tools

We're solving the issue of scaling our business up - with Hubspot at the center, we've been able to increase our output and overall efficiency without increasing costs
From SFDC to Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from a SalesForce background, I was apprehensive about a new CRM tool. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. I find it much more user-friendly and much easier to navigate. I particularly like how tasks are presented and how easy it is to complete and mark them complete. Overall, I do like HS over SFDC. (These are the only CRMs I have used in quite a while.)
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything major, but I would like another window to open when a contact is clicked to not have to click the back button. (I know. First World problems. LOL) I am sure there is an option in there for this to happen- I just haven't found it yet.

Revolutionizing How Sales Connects With Prospects
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can create customized templates in HubSpot and reach out to my prospects with a personal touch. I can research prospects, add unique information in HubSpot then at a click of a button enroll them in an automated personalized sales experience that does that rest for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to the other big names in the industry, HubSpot has very few downsides. Sometimes there are formating errors when sending an email directly through HubSpot as opposed to sending it through Outlook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospects respond the best with personalized emails and meaningful follow-ups. HubSpot Sales Hub allows me to do both. I can enroll them in email sequences to nurture my prospects until they are ready to talk and I can also follow up with them based on their click activity from emails.

Just fix some formating errors when sending emails

The simplicity - it is very easy to use but is lacking some tools that could really save time.

I dislike that there is missing functions such as mass text, more advanced sequencing, etc.

It is straightforward to use, and I enjoy the courses they provide to help me in my sales role.

Sometimes it doesn't update quickly enough

There is a lot of times where there is a notification saying that there are technical difficulties which is annoying when it happens a lot.
