Best CRM tool out there!
What do you like best about the product?
I find the task monitor to be very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation is an issue. For some reason it doesn't work properly when auto-populating deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to create a pipeline.
Hubspot is the best CRM for Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hubspot seamlessly connects with my email, phone system, and other services we use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The timezone for phone numbers isn't automatically configured and listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Hubspot to streamline our sales process as well as automate some aspects of it.
A Must-Have for CRM Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and available training tools. Learning the software was simple and easy to train new members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generating reports sometimes can be a struggle. Values need to fit the exact criteria so they take a little extra effort sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing deals, keeping track of contact follow-up's, customer history and context as well as sharing data among a large sales team to avoid duplicated effort.
Hubspot is incredibly user friendly and support is awesome.

The support features and customization of feedback surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. I find Hubspot to be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer engagement ticket tracking. I've realized more integration with each user's profile is possible, and I love being able to see all of our conversations with them long-term.

Automated workflows, clear and concise report creation

I wish it had more automation options and integration options

Organizing Candidates and constant communication
Great for managing contacts and leads
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to schedule sequences and follow-ups. As I am in new business, I have many contacts I am reaching out to regularly. Hubspot makes it easy to remember who I am speaking to and where our conversation is going.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish sequences were editable after they are set up. I often update templates to be better, and this makes it hard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My pipeline is better organized, and I am more efficient with my emails. I also enjoy the benefits of tracking my goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use. the UI is very intuitive and user firendly

The pricing levels need to be updated to be more inclusive of businesses in the process of growing

account management and tracking is in one single place with notes all team members can follow
Simple and Solid CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Contacts and their Activity. Integrations with website calendar, Calling system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rescheduling Link with Meeting invite is missing, which is expected by many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature in Helpscout is the ability to assign multiple contacts to myself at once. It makes my job much easier when trying to get many tasks done at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say, the fact that I have to save each change I make within the contact profile, an autosave would be convenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solves the issue of using multiple software at once. It is beneficial to me as a business owner and employee to not have to toggle between multiple platforms to get the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
CRM is easy to use and customer support is amazing
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot of customizing available / some of the more advanced features are still in development. GREAT if you're just starting out though, very powerful for the money at the beginning

Gets expensive fast / limited availability for things like multiple call calendars
