Easy to use CRM with fluid mobility

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot Sales is rather intuitive and easy to use to start a sales campaign and follow up with prospects. The sequences are easily implemented and helpful for precision follow-ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would change a few aspects of I would like to add contacts to a sequence directly from their contact profile and have contacts linked with multiple companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Massive reach out with a smaller sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot brought me another level of organization that I didn't even know existed.
I found myself using and talking about this tool every day. It is the first thing I open when I get to the office and usually the last thing I close.
I have my entire client portfolio organized, there are thousands, and this number could be scary, but it is not anymore!
Also, I can be creative in email marketing, but if I didn't have that creative side, I would very intuitively make awesome emails.
They are always ready to help!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's practically nothing I don't like, some things that can be added, but so far, I like everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can finally and easily reach all my leads and take advantage of adjusting my approaches to each customer based on their reaction.

What do you like best about the product?
- It is very easy to navigate.
- Sequences are nice to help you achieve more
- Click-to-dial is handy as well.

Worked 10 years in Salesforce. HubSpot is much easier to get learn and use, but you end up with their shortcomings quite fast. It is just set up for an endless funnel that fills the bucket with clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Too much clutter (there are too many things happening on an account/contact/opportunity page. You can't just get what you need, notes and other stuff are hidden behind new tabs.
- Reporting sucks. Like SUCKS. There is no easy way to get list views and dashboards look comic almost.

Well, it 100% beats not having a CRM. But that is about it, much improvement is needed once you get past this development stage.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Using HubSpot for CRM/Sales, you need to have very basic needs. It is great if you have no CRM and to get started. But once you start scaling, the reporting and management options become to cumbersome or basic to provide value.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has been so easy to navigate. It gives you so many great tools to track web traffic, do campaings, create funnels. Way too many things to list!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far have not had any complaints. I love that customer service is so ready and willing to help you do anything you need to utilize the software better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating Funnels and Lifestyle stages. It has helped us keeps consumers engaged!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There are so many things you can do in Hubspot. I recommend talking with support to learn how to do different things to take your business to the next level!

What do you like best about the product?
Auto-populating info from the url. This makes data entry a breeze
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i've found that could be improved is not having to go to the drop down to select the industry.

TIME TIME TIME TIME. I ahve more time to sell and less time dealing with being married to a CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I love the meeting tool, because it syncs with my google calendar and that works for my schedule and then have my prospects pick the slot that works for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yetm, I like the tool and the efficiency.

Time management and organization of leads, marketing qualified leads, and the task reminder tool.

What do you like best about the product?
- All interactions with clients in one place (easy email logging, phone dialer, meeting sync with Zoom & Google Calendar)
- Features including Workflow Automation and Reporting (snippets, templates, customized report dashboard)
- Great integration with our intake forms and customization of sidebar with captured info (saving time on manual input)
What do you dislike about the product?
- Appearance of lengthy view of threads when throughly checking through email logs
- When using extension in gmail, one has to double check who/what deals the email is logged to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform makes it easy to ensure tasks do not fall through the cracks. With lots of opportunities for automation, not only with workflows from initial client interest, but also continuing through the account relationship management flow of sequences, it feels like this CRM has been a superb fit for what my team has looked to do with it thus far!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As previously mentioned, when using extension in gmail, be sure to be through with who/what deals the email is logged to.

I cant download all attachments at once for my deals.

This can make issues when trying to go through sales systems.
