What do you like best about the product?
Sequences and deals on the platform, it keeps everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts and companies and cleaning everything out. It becomes a hassle if you are not on top of cleaning companies, and then everything becomes backlogged.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Where people are getting stuck in the pipeline and how to move them forward.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep everything organized, once you do not update contacts it gets lost in the shuffle.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it easy to get daily sales tasks accomplished and provides a tool to connect each department. I have used Salesforce in the past which always felt clunky and overcomplicated. We have a very small sales team and HubSpot's simplicity has made it the perfect tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it better-displayed meetings/demos booked in the program itself. HubSpot syncs with most calendars, which is nice, but I expected better organization of meetings similar to how it handles tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allows everything to be handled in one place rather than separate spreadsheets, programs, and online docs to get things done. Very efficient and user-friendly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple, comprehensive, and gives you all the tools you need to run a business, large or small.

I think the software is user friendly, does what it says it will do,
What do you dislike about the product?
When i enroll contacts in a sequence and they respond most of the time they are taken out of the sequence, but there are a few examples when they are enrolled.
When i add a new contact into hubspot, i get to the sequence and it shows that the email has bounced previously, its is frustrating and should be shown earlier

HubSpot's App Marketplace offers you limitless potential when it comes to customizing your marketing solutions.

Functionality in even a base-level subscription is robust, but I wish there were a wider à la carte menu to add specific tools as needed.

We have increased our outbound marketing readership severalfold! Segmentation's impact on our messages has been vital, and HubSpot makes that process simple.

Establish your strategy for marketing so that you can predict how many marketing contacts you will need to purchase. That will make a difference in the package you select.

Task management - I wish there was easier ways to take actions for multiple contacts/deals

Organizing all sales outreach. I've realized the benefits of customizing a platform to our company for sales.
It has been a great tool for our organization. The only thing that I would improve is how it looks.

The face out. there is room for improvement. More appealing and easier to follow

The info is always there, It does not matter if someone leaves the company since the new employee can go and check all the history of each lead and deal.

I'm able to track and log all of my communications from calls and emails to notes then to reports of sales
Hubspot has been a lifesaver!

It is very flexible for the cost of service. We have not run into anything it cannot perform to organize our business.

It is not the most intuitive system to work through... Sometimes takes time to find which function will accomplish what you want.
