Easy to Navigate!
What do you like best about the product?
Navigation around the CRM is super easy and convenient! I enjoy creating my own email templates and being able to organize them in their own folders- adding and adjusting hyperlinks are great for lead engagement. I love the different options to view your pipeline, such a great resource!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes HS runs slow, do not like the SalesMsg integration (That is a Salesmsg issue)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many different dashboards, I am able to quickly send out large amounts of emails to leads in a specific category.

sometimes the tool goes down when in the middle of client meeting, and you lose the time to update the fields

It helps to send out emails and keep records of the interaction very well. When I see a client's actions on an email that I send, I know they are interested beyond belief

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes you have everything you are working on very organized and ready for you at any time. The upside is that you can work on your tasks, sales, and marketing from one platform and increase productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the dislikes are related to my specific use case for example faster ways of enrolling contacts into a sequence/workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solves the problem of scattered information and unorganized execution. My productivity improves upon using HubSpot DAILY.
Much better than others in the market but like anything is can always get better

Sequencing tool, easy to use and straight forward

Tracking functionality is very poor, it is blocked by a large majority of organisations

Sequencing on top of everything a standard CRM provides.

a) logging calls on a specific date

1) understanding my weekly metrics as compared to prev week

Possibly the best CRM platform I have used to date
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best CRM platform I have used to date. It is not only easily customisable to your business \ needs, but is really easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism is the lack of easy ability to 'push' changes out to all (or all relevant) users. When setting up new properties you want the team to be completing, it would be great to have the ability to publish them for all or certain users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The base platform is modular enough to remove our need for a more custom CRM. It is malleable enough to almost appear as custom. We find reporting and managing our Sales operation much easier with HubSpot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try! Due to the ease of setup and initial configuration - it is worth trying HubSpot.

The organization of multiple accounts & contacts.
It's a little harder to learn.

I like how you can log any info that is needed to follow up with someone without hesitation.

I dislike that there are so many steps. But that is what our team is for!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving finding a way to rotate our prospects between team members to make sure we are following up quickly and efficiently and ensuring everyone has an equal amount of work.
Super easy to keep track of your tasks, sales, day-to-day!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can set my tasks ahead of time, so at the beginning of the week I can structure my day. If I then come across something confusing, I can tag my manager for him to get real time notifications (especially as we are located around the globe from one another)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - I really like HubSpot. Only time when there are slight glitches, that's a little annoying. For example recently I've found that I have sent an email through automation, and it hasn't sent (according to HubSpot) but then actually the person has received it and then HubSpot shows they've opened it as it's tracked. Strange one - still trying to figure that out! :D

I am able to keep track of where My sales are in the pipeline, look where I need to nudge a prospect and where I should maybe leave them alone if they have opened/clicked but not responded after months of chasing

Really great tool - and the HubSpot Acadamy has endless learnings!

How it's all interconnected and you can search anything in the search bar and it will show results from all areas

How you have to be on a more premium plan for workflows. Would be super useful for our org
