Review of HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
A very easy-to-use platform that provides me with the data and tools I need without being clunky or hard to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about the system thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client/Prospect management, personal daily metrics, Email Tracking and deal tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to learn the system and utilize the customer support team to make your life easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hubspot in the background all day, and it helps me keep my extensive list of tasks intact and organized
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow when you click on a deal to open the full page
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping things organized and in the right stage of deals.

Such a great tool to have! Absolutely love it!
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot lets you track emails to see when a prospect is opening it, see who is doing what for a little friendly competition and create templates that make it easier to send emails in a volume while still being able to make changes to keep them personalized. You can also set up notifications to keep a closer eye on specific initiatives (calls, emails, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike! I honestly can't think of anything! Showing transparency as to what the sales teams are working on is huge for us! Any improvements made would only make the system that much better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving email tracking, record keeping, a friendly competition between colleagues to keep everyone motivated. These are all great features of HubSpot. We are able to view as a team our performance increasing and it is exciting to see the results.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are on the fence about this product, you should consider this your sign-off to purchase! HubSpot is a fantastic sales tracking, recording, prospecting, and communication tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I am able to respond to a vast number of emails and meeting requests. Saving me a significant amount of time on a daily basis and making coordinating meetings across calendars effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
How difficult it is for me to edit the text of the hyperlink or edit my schedule settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Inuitive CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking all of our deals in one spot so all departments can see at any given time where deals are in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of functionality and I think it is a bit overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking deals in one centralized space as well as automating deals and the signing of the quotes. We have come up with a streamlined and consistent deal experience for all customers.
Good at some, great at others, but far from perfect.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of which I can create stages and track the status of my deals. All the communication with contacts is in one place - as opposed to other apps I've used where sometimes things don't stick together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tasks. Tasks suck. I know you're not outreach or salesloft - but you could make the calls portion of HS MUCH better. Meeting links should be able to allow for multiple time zone hotspots for remote teams. Specifically with round-robin meeting links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unclear what that is.
Great Integration for Customer Success Approach
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the integration Hubspot allows to have inside the team; from customer approaching, to sales, to Tickets (I'm on a technical end, and it's super smooth to update tickets for customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the notifications seem to be redundant but is something I can live with

Having the Card Company, allows to identify all of the customer details without jumping to multiple tabs / profiles
Top quality CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic and powerful. Integrates well with other tools and can be used across silos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's a little difficult to use, given how weighty it is

Improved our prospecting pipeline, and have great, real-time analytics into our performance. This has increased conversion >15%
Efficient and fun
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very intuitive. It's easy to follow and navigate. I can see many different features like bar graphs, tables, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides. The software is perfectly efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to quickly contact people that I've been in touch with and see their status. This helps me to stay more organized and better track my clients.
Easy to use and self explanatory
What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of the platform. Super helpful to have a meeting link where people can book time with you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequencing is really confusing. I need to send mass emails to people but sometimes lose my spot or only want emails to be sent to those that do not have a closed deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easiness of booking meetings. I need to book a ton of meetings so having the person on the other end do it instead of going back and forth with times is super nice.
