Good CRM

What do you like best about the product?
Its CRM is well integrated with an easy dashboard.
Meeting links are way better than other competitors in the market.
Forecasting and pipelines are well furnished, and the support team always listens and makes necessary changes.
Keeping the data and campaign emails up to date.
Field customization is an excellent feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get used to it. It requires more flexibility.
There should be modernization of UI/UX.
Reporting generation can be tricky for a new person or beginner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful to track customer information and their contact details. It helps to address different tasks and related to find and follow up the sales leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It allows to set up the email and calls to send it to large audiences. It shows a lot of matrices which is nice. I would recommend it to other organizations to use it.

What do you like best about the product?
The adaptability to work with other websites as well as our backend.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating it can be a little slow. Most likey due to all the contacts we have loaded in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to keep a record of all interactions with any of our contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
HubsSpot is a perfect platform for all types of organizations, integrating CRM, Sales, Marketing, and CMS, and it integrates with more than 5,000 external APIs, or any particular development. It is a perfect all-in-one, with great potential, constantly updated with new and better features, and it is very easy to use. It has excellent technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Hubspot, the only thing I would improve is that conversations like the chatbot case can be extracted as a file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy tracking of potential clients and clients, assigning tasks and activities to the sales teams

One of the best, and far superior to Salesforce

What do you like best about the product?
It is impressive how they've unified everything into one platform, from marketing to sales and business development. I can send an email from my Google for Business account, and everything it is automatically tracked in Hubspot. I also use the automatic triggers and templates functions extensively since I send a large volume of emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I've ever had with the platform is in the integrations with outside tools, like Gmail. Occassionally, the connections will become disconnected, and you might have to reconnect them. The good news is that the extensions and integration functions are very easy to use, and it doesn't take long at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot enables me to send emails, track opens, and genuinely see what is going on in my pipeline in real-time. It has increased my outbound contacts and made it easy to report where I am with my goals and OKRs since the reports and dashboard are customizable. Instead of writing lengthy sales reports, I open my screen on Hubspot and talk to my CEO about where we are.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Put it side by side with Salesforce, and the superiority of the product is evident.

Easy to use yet contains complex features

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use as a CRM. Contains all the necessary features just as Salesforce, but it isn't as expensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to configure the notifications as each person desires. If the configuration section would be more user friendly it would great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use hubspot as a CRM.
The benefit of using a known CRM solution provider is that you can easily manage your integration onto other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is remarkably easy to onboard users onto, yet it's highly functional. There's a lot of good content available to teach users how to manage the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Hubspot took user feedback more quickly - there are many community forums discussing issues of (seemingly) easy fixes, but they haven't been able to address those changes just yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client management. The primary benefit we're getting out of Hubspot is the ability to automate our sales - it's great for sending sequences and automated check-ins with engaged prospects/leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's definitely an investment to get everything set up. There is a switching cost to joining, but once you're in, you're well situated for the future.

My Favorite Everyday Sales Hub

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Sales Hub is very intuitive and user-friendly. Overall, it's easy to customize for my business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly like that HubSpot experiences ongoing technical or processing difficulties. While their support is often quick and helpful, I wish the functionalities experienced less downtime as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have enhanced visibility over our entire sales process, which assists in tracking the deal progress in the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is incredibly straightforward. I like that hubspot accompanies the entire sales cycle so you dont have to do a lot of additional implementations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sequencing tool is a bit limited. The limit is based on the number of emails you can sequence and your ability to ab test them inside the same campaign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving customers through the sales cycle, reporting and coaching. Its a highly intuituive tool and great for beginners.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot has literally everything your organization needs to function and operate like a million-dollar business! From robust reporting on every aspect of your business to seamless pipeline management, Hubspot can do it all. On top of it, add automated workflows and your business can run itself (not actually, but pretty close!).

The cherry on top is that everything - and I mean everything - integrates with Hubspot, so you never have to leave. Send emails from within the CRM or make recorded calls. Everything can be done inside of the machine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Hubspot, but the one thing I wish was different is that you need to bundle other plans to get access to some fantastic features. For example, you would need the Marketing Hub Professional plan to access the SEO tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep track of all of our clients, inbound leads, and reports inside of Hubspot. One of my favorite benefits
