Great CRM System
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration with Google and its very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point - it is perfect for a first time CRM user

Call from Hubspot and integration with Twilio is also good

Simple and Powerful CRM
What do you like best about the product?
First time using HubSpot for my sales role, and it's really nice to use! In only a few moves you can create new Deals and manage them rapidly.
I use Tasks everyday to keep a record of my activities and find the perfect time to contact my customers.
Dashboards are really useful too. You can create a lot of filters and graphs to monitoring all statistics about you and your team.
The mobile app gives you real-time notifications about emails sent to your customer. That gives you a perfect hint to contact them!
If you make any mistake, you can easily and quickly go back and solve it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I will improve the way in which Contacts, Deals and Companys are connected: It can happen you will need to search between a lot of data before finding what you need.
I would like to see a real-time update when I make some actions (new call, email, etc.). Sometimes you will wait 30-45sec before you can see your action recorded.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot solved my agenda organization principally. You can set a specific day-time to make an action. You can add an alert too, and HubSpot will notify you. You will never loose an appointment anymore!
Email tracking is simply "WOW". You can see when a customer opens your email, how many times and where he clicks.

It's the best CRM software used until now. It semplifies the way you can work with your opportunities and helps you to reach your objectivies.

The layout and the ease in finding what you're looking for

That you can't have a priority task list for certain things like closed/lost deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I can manage an extensive database of clients using sequencing and task queues
Very good, hubspot supports most of needs as a company with regard to CRM

the properties are modular and can filter by my customized properties

in some places (like tasks view), there is no property filter options and sometimes this is a real pain, also cant organize specific columns (a->z the associated company which seems weird)

We have uploaded a significant percentage of our leads of clients and the companies they work for so to stop working with several excel files. this organizes one place of truth where we know the data is fixed and most updated. In addition, the ability to visualize the segmentations in the dashboard section of deals segmented by our customized properties is helpful for industry understanding, mgt presentations etc

What do you dislike about the product?
Limitations of quotes and electronic signature: For companies with a high sales volume, it is very likely that they will need to use a third-party tool to create and manage their quotes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that sales directors face when implementing a CRM is adoption. Less tech-savvy profiles do not take advantage of the potential of these platforms because they do not know how to use them. Fortunately, HubSpot's sales tools are intuitive and easy to use, which makes adoption by their representatives much easier.

Its an easy to use platfrom and achieves what I need it to do.

However some of the contacts, it is difficult to scroll through the required information at company view level. To ensure you are getting what you need.

HubSpot Sales hub is a great tool for my team that allows us to track leads across multiple teams; reporting is powerful and comprehensive. Contacts (leads) are easy to manage, assign, and pull.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't integrate as well as other CRMs that are geared towards larger enterprises like saleshub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working between teams is easier; handoff between marketing/sales/CS is nearly seamless
The Easiest Way to Keep Leads & Pipeline Organized Across Various Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use for a tech novice, great way to stay organized and communicate between various teams. Love the integrations with Zoominfo, Google Cal, and Slack!

The Hubspot app needs to allow for more functionalities across the board.

We are able to connect with various team members and stay organized through our pipeline. We have realized that having a ledger for our deals is incredibly important!

Coming from a background at Salesforce, it took time for me to learn Hubspot Sales Hub, but once I got it, the platform was quite intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to house our CRM and outreach within one platform is incredibly helpful and seamless.

Sometimes it takes a while to refresh contacts, and associations aren't always in sync.

Problems that I am solving with HubSpot Sales Hub include generating new leads, associating new contacts and merging them with existing ones, and exploring new features.
