What do you like best about the product?
Templates + Sequencing - Timeline feature, Sales Navigator Plugin, petty much everything. I used to be on Salesforce, and my organization was the largest spender for Salesforce, and the CRM still sucked. Hubspots UI/UX, accessibility, ease of use is hands down the best CRM I've ever used to make me more successful at my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you are on the contacts or companies page, if you hit back on the browser, you completely lose your place within the tool. I've realized you need to hit back in the CRM for that not to happen, but that would be a great fix, for when you do make the mistake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Hubspot, it was hard to stay on top of what marketing/sales were doing. Being able to see how messaging all integrates together, and how to play off one another has been a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
Many options to get sales in without only dialing. The sales process is always continuing because there are tools like scheduling templates that make connecting with your clients easier. Sales dashboard is broad and alot of extra details can be added and changes can be made to the requirment of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many Changes and dialing international gives issues. It is offline way too often. However, they do correct it as soon as possible and downtime is only minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More accurate lead overview. Better management of leads. We can capitalise on all marketing avenues by cold calling, outbound calling, and email marketing. Templates make for better sending of emails. So users are not required to retype new emails and they can keep to a company standard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great system and it will allow you to receive the full sales value for your business.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the reporting/dashboard features are very user-friendly. It's easy to create new reports, and the feature seems to be constantly improving. I also like that you can add contacts into a sequence directly from Hubspot. That makes it very easy to manage and track all of your activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any specific dislikes at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can manage and track all activity and monitor deal progression very easily through Hubspot.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot makes it very easy to track the various stages of pending deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little complicated to sort different locations for a single parent company. We work with large corporations with many locations around the world, so we need each site to be represented as a unique customer. It's possible to do this in HubSpot, but it requires a few additional steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can't say it is solving any 'problems' for us, but it makes it simple for me, as a sales manager, to visualize the team's activity and keep tabs on the potential sales.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get up and running with Hubspot. UX is excellent, and I feel I can easily find all I need quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though UX is excellent, I feel the UI looks a bit outdated. In any case, this is not a big deal, and I'd continue using Hubspot as it is right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to organize our sales funnels, manage contact forms on landing pages, and manage live chat conversations on our website.

I like that it can sync up with seamless AI and other tools for prospecting

I have used both Hubspot and Salesforce, and it's tough to compare the two.

I get to save time prospecting, which means more time on other essential things with work and more time with my family.
