Easy to use and gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales person the most important criteria for a CRM is that it's easy to use. HubSpot offers tons of functionality while keeping it straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Placement of certain sections of the tool is a little odd - getting to my daily tasks could be faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses HubSpot for everything from CRM core functionality, to reporting, marketing efforts, as well as Customer Success & Support. It's taken a bit of time and work but we've reached a place where automation with tasks and handoffs between sales and onboarding has been streamlined using HubSpot, which saves a tremendous amount of time. This also helps the improve the customer experience through the sales process and throughtout their lifetime as a customer.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that is a simple platform. I can handle my meetings directly from the browser and take notes. Notes are very important for me when I use a CRM tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that if you do not have the same email address and you had gone from the old company you cannot have access to your old contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this platform in my insurance business. It helps me handle the contacts and the notes help me not remembering every detail of my clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that the company email that you use is for a long time from now! You may lose the contacts you worked at!
Powerful tool worth the time it takes to learn
What do you like best about the product?
Customer support is very helpful to guide you through how to create specific workflows. Creating fields, reports, tasks are all very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatic logging of emails works for PC but not for Mac so our Mac users need to manually BCC to log emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and CRM for Sales leads. Benefits also include providing meeting links, tasks, report building.

A Good Clean CRM to Organize Data
What do you like best about the product?
I've used quite a few Sales CRM software's in the past. Hands down the UI / UX is the best that I have seen. It is very pleasing to the eyes and it is soo easy to use. It is a platform that makes the life of a manager easier.
If you are even a little tech-savvy, you really do not need some training to learn how to use HubSpot. Just play around with the platform a little and you will get the hang of using it.

What do you dislike about the product?
In the time that I have used HubSpot, one of the points that I dislike are - within the deals tab, while the pipeline is shown - the ability to "sort" is something that I miss. For now, it comes in a specific order. I wish we could use other sorting orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us to maintain all the databases we have in one place. We have a team of about 8 to 10 team members who are currently using it, which will grow to 20 in the coming months, so Lead Management is very important. All updates can be added very specifically and this helps us know the status of each lead at any given instance.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do not think too much. just go for it. It is a good tool to start with it.
Ride along marketing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of interface and the time it saves on curating orphan customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
May be a little expensive from an activity based perspective for some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to target customers that just visit your website without having a full time marketing person.
Great platform, but definitely some improvement.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the profiles for each contact, it can include a lot of great information. I also kind of like the color scheme.
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems a little chaotic, I feel like it needs to be organized a little bit better. I have a hard time finding my contacts and different types of contacts. If there were more choices to filter, or maybe an easier way to track task due dates, that would improve a lot for me. The other thing I really don't like is that I can't see more than like 5 contacts on the sidebar of a profile for a company, then I have to exit out of my page and find the right contact that I'm supposed to look for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm calling people quickly, that's for sure! I am also able to write down lots of notes regarding my calls.
Hubspot for efficient work management
What do you like best about the product?
Pros of the program This is one of the most fully functional free solutions on the CRM market. Here I can maintain a database of contacts, organizations, and deals, store any information on contacts, organizations, and deals, I can also add my fields myself or use dozens of pre-configured areas, for each contact track where he came to my site, and the entire history of his actions on the website, correspond with clients, make appointments/calls with clients directly through the website, create and post forms and pop-ups on the website to collect email, contacts and other user data, add a chat to the website and correspond with website visitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disadvantages of the program are that in the free version, some settings are constantly reset. In general, the system has a lot of tools for sales, marketing, but in fact, you can store only a contact base for free. Setting up marketing for these contacts will not work without purchasing an additional module—lack of an interface in Russian.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this program, as you can keep contacts, make notes, generate some documents, connect social networks, make letter templates, and a few more options. As a temporary option, it may be suitable, especially if there is no budget.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In mobile devices, Hubspot does not work like in PC. Bare that in your mind while purchasing the product.
Fantastic Platform for Small Business Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up workflows for salespeople and to track their progress. Additionally, Salespeople working through the Sales Hub makes it easier to bring in and qualify non-MQL contacts to the Hubspot CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be time consuming to set the workflows up, especially if the salespeople have different functionalities or don't all do the same amount of work on the front end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Hub is a great tool to monitor progress of your sales people and easy to build charts to compare progress across different sales people/ sales teams, which creates more accountability and higher performance across the board.
Fantastic CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use and has all of the features any Sales department could ask for. Sales Hub is easy to use and has a lot of useful features even at starter grade. Hubspot works seamlessly, has everything a growing sales team might need and features an intuitive UI. features like logging notes, emails, calls, meetings or tasks helps sales teams stay on top of their clients, provide a 360 view of every interaction with the client and provide a structured workflow. Customising record page layouts or associating new records with a parent record is simple and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for company records especially can be less than successful. More nuanced search functionality that takes into account the collective terms rather than individual words would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot solved the need for access to information for all users and provides a solid platform for assessing and reporting on business activity.
Great Sales and Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We have the Sales Pro license and find all of the features useful. The Sales Pro license contains all of the features we need for a small startup sales team. Marketing automation and management is straightforward. HubSpot provides all you need to source, manage, and convert leads. Generating and following deals is pretty easy. There is watered down pipeline forecast feature.

What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to customize marketing forms and what not within the Hubspot content tools. They are user-friendly and don't require coding but you would be better off considering other options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot and the Sales Hub to manage our lead gen and deal pipelines. We're able to clearly see how leads are sourced, when they turn into deals (aka Opps in SFDC) and close. Attribution.
