Surprisingly good all-rounder
What do you like best about the product?
Everything works rather intuitively, not overloaded with extra features. Everything is searchable. Hubspot insights - automated enrichment of the leads with public information is solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is lacking the flexibility that more specialized tools have. The company and contact entities are not working as in sync as they supposed to and it takes a lot of extra time from salespeople to navigate that. Linkedin is not integrated as it supposed to
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the moment we use it as a sales CRM only and we were able to start using it in 10 minutes. We did not tap into the massive workflow flexibility and it worked as is pretty good. I think even a free plan will work well for the small teams.

Great CRM to start, especially for the budget conscious small teams

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot allows us to profile each of our contact and influencer to be able to create a more accurate and automated report. It's an all in one!

There are lesser apps or tools compatible with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The profitability of our Marketing Campaigns. One of the big benefits that I realized is documentation is the key.
It is a great marketing tool that can fulfil IT data ETL between other systems and HubSpot

What do you like best about the product?
Once my business fully switched to HubSpot Sales, we were able to streamline much of the information exchange between our customer sales and success teams. It is a clean interface and can handle heavy use and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be overwhelming and difficult to generate reports. There should be interactive / editable text fields built into the reports, rather than having to buy other software to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most impressive part of this software is that it allows a great analysis of our business, products, sales, customers, etc., I wish I had used this years ago.
The best deal to keep track of your Deals
What do you like best about the product?
The Meetings Feature in Hubspot sales Hub has been a godsend. We were able to sync both our sales and marketing efforts by combing this one meeting link onto our landing pages, email campaigns and even social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have very complaints about the sales Hub in general, but if I were to point out the tiniest of issues, there is sometimes a problem in updating the deal stages and often our deals get repeated because of simple errors like an alternate email ID or even wrong capitalisation of letters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest problem we are solving is maintaining all our information on deals in one place. Having the pipeline created and having a joint playbook for all to refer to has been a huge plus in keeping our sales team organised and on the same page. Additionally, because the platform is so intuitive to use, people stick to updates and keep regular.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend Hubspot Sales Hub to any B2B business, especially if you are dealing with a large quantum of meetings and varied deal sizes. The features of forecasting and the deal pipelines are very useful. The information is also easy to extract from hubspot for sales analytics purposes.
My experience with the HubSpot platform has been largely due to my role as a marketer.

I like the ease of navigating through the platform along with the academic courses designed to help

I dislike the color pattern associated with the platform as it is not appealing to the eyes

I am solving issues with faulty leads or multiple duplicates of one lead.

Their client service team is very quick to reply (not always fixing the problem - but quick to try and address it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some tools are not intuitive or user-friendly. For example, if I am looking at an account that contains 50 deals, it would make sense that the most recent deals display first, and then you can click to view more/ older, but that's not the case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's pretty easy to pull reports & create dashboards (multiple) for different buckets of data. We haven't used the marketing tools for a while, but those are also powerful & not let you segment better than the early days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We started using Hubspot several years ago to replace Salesforce which was great, but we had customized it to the point we had outgrown it. Hubspot offers some great tools and, for us, much more cost-effecgtively.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how well organized HubSpot keeps my contacts as prospects/leads or further into the funnel. I like the tracking feature to know which emails get a higher response rate than others and who is engaging. Keeps me focused on the right prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little overwhelming at first. I had never used HubSpot, and so I didn't know how to navigate the dashboard. It took a little longer than I anticipated to get comfortable with the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to see who is on our websites and engaging with our content. I'm able to contact leads right away, and HubSpot keeps a record of it. It helps keep me organized, and I can quickly go back through contacts and pick up where I left off. I'm able to offer an online meeting scheduling option to clients.

There are multiple reasons I really like HubSpot:
1. ease of use
2. Intuitive
3. Has the features I need
4. Even the free version is quite good. I use the professional version at one company I work for, but also use the free version for a side project of mine.
Even the free version is better than a lot of other paid CRMs I have used.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of the full marketing product, which I don't use. I think the basic (free or $50/mo marketing service) is nice though.
Also, the "integrated" phone is not a product of theirs, but integrates using Twilio. This wasn't clear when I was signing up. Not a deal breaker, but it should have been more clear.

I have tech challenged sales people that I work with and they are learning HubSpot pretty well. Also, the Support is awesome. Available all the time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have used Salesforce, Zendesk Sell, Less Annoying CRM, Pipedrive, Freshworks, and HubSpot is the best of all of them. The free version is better than most of the others!
