Great service for SMB's!

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot was not only easy to navigate, but their help center and HubSpot Academy makes it worth the purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
The HubSpot email/landing page templates cannot be edited for design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helped us manage our email automation, lead generation, and customer databases.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advice is to start small and then work your way up to the bigger HubSpot plans as you grow your customer lists and databases. I enjoyed how easy it was to track data and the analytics of all our campaigns through email and social media. It was also a breeze to set up workflows for these campaigns, especially once you went through the HubSpot Academy. I also thought their Live Chat integration for our website was easy to set up, looked great, and was easy to communicate through.

My only dislike is the email/landing page templates are not fully custom unless you know CSS. You can change a few things, but otherwise, you are pretty much stuck to what their team has already loaded in the software.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it integrates really easily with a lot of my essential tools like Gmail and Dialpad. The addon for Gmail was really helpful in a way that it actually notifies you if a contact has read your emails and opened links to your website, so you know who actually got interested in your product. This makes it easier for me to determine who I can consider as warm leads. Dialpad integration allows me to check who's calling me and it lowkey filters out who's just doing spam calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I liked how sometimes the Gmail integration bugs out in a way that it notifies you immediately that a contact has opened your email the same second it got sent. It gives you false hopes that the contact had a look in it when they will say they haven't upon calling back.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot saves me the problem of who to contact, who to follow-up and which contact I should hold off contacting for a period of time (or ever) by looking at the history feed. It also enables you to assign your contacts/tasks to your colleagues in case you need them to make follow-ups or updates! Essential things are also divided into tabs (emails, notes, tasks and meetings) so it lessens time researching the contact history.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes my life easier to look up the old information I have stored for a specific account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit slow sometimes when I try to open an account, and sometimes the information is garbage or not related.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Account Management Information. It made me realize that having this tool makes information management easier on a specific device and easy to pull up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
A powerful tool that will help you store a specific account's information and is also easy and efficient to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The mass emailing automation tool of hubspot is amazing! For https://bijlesaanhuis.nl we use it to automate our emailing campaigns. We are planning to use it for a lot cases!
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have never uses hubspot, it is a hard platform to understand. You really need to use is for sometime before you understand the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We benefit from the automation tools. Also a single place where all the data is stored is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to set up tasks, create reminders, set up sequences, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. It's a pleasure working with this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tasks that I create have allowed me to follow up on time and schedule lots of demos I otherwise would have missed.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot helps you see the whole picture. You have a full view of all your sales and sales rep performances. I also like the fact that they have an app that integrates with your phone book for easy calls from your mobile phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The theme of the design should be customizable to suit the company. It's currently not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales manager, It helps me see how my team is doing and where the weak link is. Creating a good sales pipeline helps predict future sales which is about 80% accurate most of the time. I think that is awesome as it solves the sales projection problem and can help inform me if I need to expand my sales team or train them to close certain deals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to take your sales by the horns then this is the app for you. You and your sales team will not regret it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Very effective for moderate outreach and reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited capabilities. Ex. only allowed to create 5 steps per sequence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to manually email prospects and track their status is great. Cuts workflow time down as it integrates well with many CRM tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The cost is nice for small sales teams and start ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's difficult to navigate, difficult to parse out leads, contacts, organizations, etc. I much prefer SalesForce

Looking for an inexpensive CRM for a small start up.

I like it because it offers many diverse features that we use to help us manage our customer communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to build a middleware that integrates HubSpot Sales with our existing systems, the community portal has some limitations in functionality that prevent true customization.
