What do you like best about the product?
It's very straight forward and easy to use with all the resources you could need at your fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything to dislike. The recent update and beta features are interesting and I like what's being developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I realized how much time people spend managing their tasks with specific people or creating and sending emails that can easily be templated while using HubSpot because it saved me from all of that work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep track of all clients and prospects. This makes it so I don't have to report to anyone. I can fill in the information for my deals and current prospects and my sales manager can open HubSpot to review my weekly progress. I also love that Hubspot gives me data-based recommendations on how I can improve the emails I'm sending.
What do you dislike about the product?
i wish there was a contact owner history for contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep track of what process in the sale the prospect is at. Also this has solved a missive problem for my company with sequences. Instead of sending out individual emails i can have a sequence of emails being sent while i sleep. This allows me to send follow ups while I'm off work and respond to emails while I'm at work. this is Huuuuge!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes time to get familiar with all the features, but it's worth it! Hubspot is a Powerful tool!

easy to use without any need for huge Business intelligence groups. easy for sales and maketing folks to get up and running quickly

some scenarios too many clicks to get to pages

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to set follow-ups and handle them efficiently through the sales module. I also love the ease of creating notes and accessing historical data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that attachments which can provide high-level reporting data are viewed on the recipient end as "Hubspot" branded attachments. As such, I don't use the feature and merely attach PDFs, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a low-tech user who once tried to manage my lead pool through Apple Mail. Hubspot has made my one-man operations a well-oiled machine. I can utilize my efforts at recruitment and outreach at such a higher level of professionalism. In fact, for most of my contact with all company functions I use Hubspot so that nothing ever falls off my to-do list. I don't have to remember anything. Hubspot remembers it for me.

I like being able to create daily tasks and just click "complete task" and move seemlessly through my day.

The filters are not the easiest to navigate

HubSpot Sales Hub allows for great organization of leads. With any job, at any company, organization is paramount.

Flexible, customizable, with lots of options

What do you like best about the product?
All of our salespeople and managers use HubSpot daily. I like how easy it is to customize the pipeline to fit our business. If we need to adjust the pipeline, it is easy to change without any downtime. We multiple pipelines for different aspects of the company, and we can customize each separately and only give access to specific employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
As our business has grown, we have had to add quite a few new users to HubSpot. Each new user comes with a price, so as your business grows, so will the yearly cost to keep access to Hubspot going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication is vital within any organization. Hubspot Sale Hub makes it easy to assign tasks, set deadlines, automate emails, and communicate within the Hub. Before using the Sales Hub, things would more easily fall through the cracks or get put on the backburner with a chance of forgetting about it. Now that we use HubSpot, it's next to impossible to miss a task.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is definitely one of the strongest facts about Hubspot. The team behind makes it amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of examples for some workflows and sequences. Sometimes examples would help us. to implement some procedures or make active ones even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflows is a great tool, but finding the best solution for each process is tricky sometimes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it and I can guarantee you that Hubspot will attend to most of your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot is simple and easy to use. Automation with Sequences allows for easier follow-up and email campaign processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot can be glitchy sometimes. Some of my co-workers complain but I only experience the glitches from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying on top of prospects that I've demoed and following up with them makes it easy when I can quickly create a task after writing an email or calling.
The new call recording and scripting feature allows me to review pre-qualification conversations to help with knowing what was said and if there's anything important I forgot to take note of.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. Until October 2020, I had never even heard of HubSpot. It was easy for me to teach myself to use the platform, and not I am the SME in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that there isn't an ability to unlink and link messages, emails, deals at the granular level. It is all or nothing. When we have multiple customers that have various deals, I have to manually unlink/link the correct activities to the correct deals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to plan and deliver sales email sequences. The reports feature is better also.
