Great platform for organization and prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization and the way contacts are displayed. I love how it will help me to monitor my pipeline and keep tabs on the progress of my deals. My lead time for a deal is rather long, so it's nice to be able to easily develop sequences and tasks to help me keep in touch. Another feature that I really love is the templates and the sequences. It saves me mountains of time to be able to quickly and easily use templates that I develop myself or borrow from a teammate. It makes it much easier for us as a company too to use consistent messaging that allows us to better represent our brand and who we are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the sidebar that removed the colors from the deals. I'm not a big fan of the way that the outbound call feature sometimes doesn't work with automated machines and sometimes I have to use my phone instead. Some of the downsides to using HubSpot are that it can be challenging for someone new to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve organization problems and continuity problems. We have seen the benefit of multiple users being able to have access to the same notes that their predecessors have left behind. It makes it easy to quickly resume contact or deal. We've also been able to resolve the problem that we previously had when just using spreadsheets where we would try to organize all the company data, the parent companies, the contacts, our interactions with them etc all in a sheet that we would have to manually update every day. It became very tiresome to have to log that information continually. But now we are able to simply use our hubspot tracking to log all of the information—even connecting it to our Gmail so that it records a list of everything that we have done and makes it much easier for us to go back and find out notes that we have previously taken.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend that you do review both Hubspot and Salesforce. Ultimately, I like Hubspot because there are more functionalities than just sales.
Excellent, lightweight and flexible set of tools with a lot of great design decisions
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a dizzying array of functions, but even from day one I was able to pick out the functions that were useful. Each tool is well designed and they've done an excellent job of making each tool work together, regardless of which tools you choose to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few QOL changes. Hitting "back" on a list sends you to your contacts, not back to the list. I also wish there was an easier way to make adjustments to a sequence in progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm running business development for a startup on my own. It's a lot of information to manage and a lot of tasks to coordinate. Hubspot allows me to about 15 people worth of work in 1998.
Very user-friendly! All your clients' information, email interactions, and deals in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Sales Hub is how easy it is to use and how you can see everything about a client in one place!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides of using HubSpot would be the occasional glitches and loading delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of using Sales Hub is keeping track of all clients in a company and who are associated with what deals and what emails have been opened and responded to.
Excellent CRM for both sales and marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot does many things well, but the simplicity and sequences tool stand out most to me. Both are intuitive and easy to use. It saves a ton of time and gets outreach to more prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app has room to improve. There are also a few fields that are oversimplified and don't offer the areas needed (pricing in 'line items', some call outcomes).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach volume is the most significant difference I have seen using other CRMs and moving to Hubspot. The benefit of using sequences and logging notes quickly makes outreach much more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to set up sequencing & templates. Ability to make phone calls & send tracked emails to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, besides getting permission for some items from upper management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to reach multiple clients by enrolling them in sequences. Huge time saver.

Great CRM system!
hubspot is slow when too many programs are running. delayed in capturing data from external programs

i like the layout of the site + organization. i like the task management system

wrong number is only flagged sometimes. not all data is captured via external programs like air call. cannot override automated system

able to manage and track number of contacts with clients easdily.

consider functionality and speed of program before comitting
Very Intuitive Software Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Very intuitive, so really no training needed to start.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have a view to our corporate pricing. That's an unknown.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Create email templates that can be modified and reused. Also, it is a comprehensive CRM.

What do you like best about the product?
Find ways to contact those potential clients that may not know yet if they 'want' to connect. A gentle email is excellent to send.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires a couple of additional tools to utilize without Google API for email sequences, which will get your Google Suite shut down for spamming (yep, first-hand experience :D). The add ons aren't a deal-breaker, but including in the platform a separate API that didn't have to leverage Google's would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing pool of industry contacts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just ask anyone using it, or visit a site with the CRM embedded. You'll love it!
Reliable and Insightful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is the program's ability to keep everything organized. I like using the pipeline/funnel and the way it works. I also enjoy reading the sales articles/blog posts they write.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the percentage given for the chance of closing a sale is a bit off sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm new to sales, so my problems are few and far between still. A definite plus is the email templates.

Great way to view sales stats in many ways and organize each deal
What do you like best about the product?
The deal pipeline is a great way to organize every deal's status and keep an eye on monthly or yearly goals, I can generate very nice and super professional quotes straight off of Hubspot and very quickly on top of that because all of our products and optional products are all listed into Hubspot with American and Canadian pricing and details meaning you only have to click on the product(s) when creating the deal and when you create the quote based off of the deal you've created, the only thing you have to do is double check the client's info and just like that, in 5 seconds you have a very neatly presented quote ready to send to your client which is really a neat feature on top of the other advantages that the deal pipeline itself brings as well listing all of your deals in customizable status lists so you can easily adapt it to the industry you work in and als very easily familiarize yourself when using it and other features that can be found with this product as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the quotes created through hubspot are very nicely made, it takes a minute before you can download them to store on your computer but I can live with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely with the deal pipeline I can keep a close eye on which deals are closer to the end so I can finalize deals quicker depending on how I prioritize them.

Definitly worth getting started with Hubspot with all of their great helpful products, adaptable to many industries as well.
