Solid Sales CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly straightforward ease of use especially compared to previous CRM's I've experienced. Not to mention I love our CSM.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I would consider a bit clunky, but Hubspot seems to be addressing these and continually improving--looking forward to the sales tools becoming more robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We leverage HubSpot to track all of our leads and customers, which makes remote working substantially easier. The tagging and property functionalities make my life as a sales leader a lot easier from a data and outreach perspective.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simply defined. It's super easy to use and customize to my needs. All of the fields can be changed to show the exact info I need to compelte my job. Having quick access to the analytics of my workflow helps keep me on track and effecient.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few of the more advanced features are hard to utilize. I occasionally feel like I'm not utilizing all of the features fully because of this. I wish there was something more built into the program to guide me through those features so I didn't feel like I was missing something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating my sales cycle has allowed me to be more efficient with both my time and approach. Ultimately, this has led to direct my energies more appopriately, ultimately leading to be not only be better at my job, but also more financially prosperous.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrating tasks and reminders with my Gmail account is easy to do. It makes follow-up almost effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to have the "Send Later" be an automatic choice instead of having to click multiple times on every email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining new leads has been a problem we have solved with this HubSpot Sales Hub. It really comes down to the integrations and the follow up.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot is a very useful tool. I have used other CRMs and this one, by far, is the most user friendly one on the market right now.

What do you like best about the product?
What I most like from hubspot sales is the way that I can get my work organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I think that there is too much information, and maybe a more clean interface would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a music digital distribution company and hubspot sales helps me a lot to keep track of all my contacts, which are the bands and labels that we distribute

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use. The reminder for tasks is awesome. Integration with email and texting is a game-changer. Having the ability to see who opens emails and how many times is another great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if it's just something that I do not know how to get to work, but it would be great to be able to have high important tasks show up in your outlook calendar as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Utilizing tasks and the reminder option is huge for not missing an important call. I had that happen a few times before HubSpot but this feature changed the game for me.

The need for high leverage activities. Sending out automated sequences to my prospect base

I really enjoy the maketing intergration like the sequences to increase touches on accounts

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can see all your tasks in one place and review what needs to get done for the day. I like how regardless of what website I am on I still have access to the activity feed, I wish I was able to interact with it furtherw without it disappearing everytime I click on it and having to scroll back down to where i was when using the chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult it is to add prospects to a sequence when on their profile, I don't particularly appreciate how I can't work out of the sequence page and have to use tasks for all forms of work. I wish there was more measurable insights into how my messaging was performing. I'd like to see the location of where the emails were viewed so that I can tell if it was my prospect who had opened the email or it was a false open when I was looking through my emails. Compared with salesloft, the entire process of day to day work could be made much more samless, there are very little organizational tools within hubspot i've found compared to a tool like salesloft so it's much more difficult to keep track of what youre doing and everything going on at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems I've been working on solving with hubspot are improving the response rates and forming more meaningful connections with my prospects, and provide me with a greater understanding of who I'm reaching out to. I 've found success in booking meetings with my potential clients and would prefer if there was a more clear way to keep track of your outreach so that you don't end up going days before reaching back out. There should be a better system of throttling so I can still add prospects to a sequence, but I won't be blown up with a million tasks it will only work on let's say, 100 or so clients at a time.

The ability to use numerous filters to get the exact information I am looking for.

Not having the ability to be able to delete some fields.
