My favorite thing about Hubspot is the Fast and specific customer support!

The one thing I dislike about Hubspot is that it does too much, making simple things much more complicated.

Using Hubspot, our team communication has improved.

Make sure to follow through on the educational classes they offer.

Sometimes workflows can intersect, but thats more of a user error vs a hubspot issue

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly, all the options are easily accessible, it's saving you up time because, you have everything in one place all the information emails/numbers/companies/contacts, no need for a lot of documents tracking everything manually, so it saves up a lot of time and it's benefits are everything is easily usable, everyone can easily learn how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cant directly call from Hubspot, because the quality is bad, and from the other side they're hearing our voice in an echo, so basically the calling system doesn't work well for our team, that delays our calling time, we have to directly call from skype and record our calls, if the hubspot call system worked well that would be 2 less programs that take both place and time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving time, through having that one place where you can log all the information about the companies and people you're contacting, no need for thousands of documents. You have everything on hubspot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best thing you can do for your team and yourself, it's very user-friendly, you can have all the information in one place, it's very organized. You won't be wrong if you decide to start using it, it will change your life positively, no more thousands of files/folders, you'll have everything in one place, and also you can on daily basis check the work that you're employees are doing, and how successful the work has been done.

Easy to find hot leads, time management easier to sort
Great User Interface and Experience
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot and specifically the SalesHub are very easy to learn and use. Searching for features is very intuitive. Dashboards are also easy to make and customize and make it easy for the team to visualize where we are in regards to our targets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports is more challenging and it's harder to capture and use data compared to other similar systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has been able to solve to problem of storing information in many places. We've been able to save time and headaches by having client/opportunity/account information all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is. Everything is right to the point, which makes it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only way I can track my meetings booked is if I send a meeting link directly from HubSpot, which I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not having any specific problems. I have realized that this allows me to effectively track my outbound work and see where I am doing well and where I need to improve.

What do you like best about the product?
Bar none the most user friendly way to keep your sales funnel organized in tip top shape and easily keeping track of every metric you could possibly think of in an extremely customizable interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile app has a smidgeon of catching up to do but nonetheless is relatively well designed and makes certain daily functions extremely quick and efficient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data is easily organized and accessible, making it much easier to keep track of everything going on in the sales funnel while simultaneously moving forward with new contacts and being able to check in on old ones.
