What do you like best about the product?
the ability to see actualy insights of actions taken by leads and the ABM function

manually assigning contacts can be a pain

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can organize task, create a sales pipeline.

It is sometimes so slow and laggy but other than that it is amazing!

HubSpot provides good entry level CRM for Sales

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and has an excellent integration with Gmail. I really appreciate the tracking for Gmail, being able to see when someone is opened or clicked on in real team is very helpful for making prompt contact with hot leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may come with some of the more expensive packages, but there is no way to filter on the type of contact, such as distinguishing between last call v. last email. This is very important for our work streams and we have no way to tell between the two without opening each record. Also cannot filter by individual on the team, which would be really handy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to see work across our entire team and create additional segments, so two different sides of our sales organisation can be on one platform for better visibility across the whole organisation but have control over our own contacts, companies, and pipelines.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is working together, no integrations needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be a better integration with Linkedin, and a focus on experience optimization. It takes a bit longer to do your sequence than other tools. I would also love that they thought about some kind of "lead pool" and how that could work, to reconnect with leads or deals that fell through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure we have our data points and processes for sales activities in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that marketing and Sales are on the same platform. It's easy to use, and the support team is always on hand for anything you need help with. The mobile app is far superior to any other CRM systems I've used previously. I like the built-in dialer/call function.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the platform is more geared to marketers. For sales, the report building functionality poses some restrictions, and there is no customization in terms of sales flow and process. Integrations to other sales software such as Outreach are very basic, and I think the platform really falls short of Salesforce in this area. There is no way to track the performance of sequences on a template level; this is really important for sales, as we need to make sure wording and messaging is right, luckily we have Outreach for this, but no having proper two-way sync for tasks, calls, and notes is a real issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again having data quickly to view across sales and marketing teams is excellent. Where I have worked previously, the two teams lived in two different systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is connected and straightforward

It does take quite a bit of time to get the most out of the platform, but once everythings set up well - it's great

Having clarity across the entire sales and marketing departments. We feel like we are able to close sales quicker, and more of them because of HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot's ability to test the engagement of leads is excellent. Using HubSpot CRM I can see when prospects are opening my emails, clicking links and building a picture of where the most interest is so I can effectively target my attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have so far come across no challenges at all when using the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub is fantastic for a small and growing business, giving us an edge in generating the all-important early leads.

Make your sales simple

What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use. The work is well structured and you always manage to stay in touch with leads. There are several very important features, such as email traceability and the ability to insert links to book meetings, presentations and video.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way to insert contact. I know it's based on GDPR rules, but sometimes it will be great if you can create a contact without email address, as because maybe there is no information on the site and you need to make a call.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to have a better traceability of the activities of the leads. This has led me to improve my commercial approach and also the timing of my work. Along with other features that allow me to focus my attention only on seriously interesting leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot Sales Hub is essential for the salesperson.

Sometimes it takes a "long" time for changes made through integrations (e.g. Aircall) to appear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a lot easier and faster to keep track of prospecing efforts
