very useful tool with great features and UX

the attention to the UX, the implementations are continuous and useful

dealing with an important amount of informations on different customers. Possibility to interact and share with other component of the team.
Best Place To Start
What do you like best about the product?
The cost and ease of use are the best way to start and build your sales organization. We run a global sales organization with various multi-national agency and brand contacts. The system is felxible and easy to implent across our entire global sales organization. We've been able quickly enable ticketing to expand use across local teams as well as global leadership.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to identify an area that we dislike. So far, we have no complaints. Customer services has been quick to replay and help us solve and technical issue that we encounter as well as provided helpful tips and guidance on how to better utilize the platform. We have pushed the limited of their free platform and have rarely been frustrated when we run into a paid feature - fully understanding that we are getting extreme value with their free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a low/no cost, centarlized contact and customer database that can be easily used and customized. The sales hub completely helps us to solve for this. We started with the basic contact managmenet and have quickly made customizations to companies and deals. We have also made deeper intergratison into our website for a more stremalined way to capture leads. Enabeling their ticketing system has also allowed us to expand our use across other deparments in the organization and provided transparency into processes that were preciously locked in spreadsheets or not clearly communicated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think about what your base needs are first, and the begin to create a wish list. Once you've identifed these, begin to compare Hubspot feature set and I bet that you will find it covers everything you need.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dozens of learning courses, ease of navigation, and sales and marketing automation features. It provides real-time activity reports, email open, and click notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some challenges such as the learning curve for someone who is not familiar with CRM's however, the tutorials are very easy to follow and the knowledge base is very responsive to most of the search terms I've used to locate details.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HS takes the mystery out of making decisions about effective subject lines, by its robust report of opened emails. There is never a question about what will work the best and at various times of the day or week. When I get a notification on my phone about an opened email, I also get immediate access to contact information so I can call right then,

What do you like best about the product?
It's very feature-rich and at the same time easy to navigate. What I like more is that it offers unlimited contact management. So, we can maintain all our customers at one place.
Then you can add unlimited users in free edition. That's also amazing.
It's not that complicated to use. We don't have to spend time in training the sales staff.
I liked the option of adding custom attributes to the contact.
So, overall very good value.

I'm using a free edition and there is hardly anything to dislike. It has all the feature we need.
I wish their mobile apps to be more feature-rich.
Also I found very few indepth videos. But I think software is easy to use to it's ok.

We use it to track lead to the customer lifecycle. Our sales team uses it to track demos and customer communication.
Their contact filter is very useful.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you don't need fancy features, then it's a good software to start with. In my experience, most companies will find the features enough.
Organization and everything I need in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to link apps such as Slack, Aircall, Intercom and being able to see all that info in one place when viewing a contact.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure if I just don't know how to do this or if I don't have permission to do this, but it'd be cool if I could forward an email out to a contact. An automated workflow email I mean. Sometimes, a contact will say they can't find the email that was automatically sent to them and there's no way for me to just forward it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits:

What do you like best about the product?
Makes it easier to have a good workflow.

The unstableness of it, sometimes it lags like hell

Not much problem solving to be honest. Benefits are its really easy to check ongoing deals and sort through it

Learn to use it and it becomes a lifesaver

Easy to manage and access clients all under one platform. Attractive platform that is pleasing to use.

The platform crashes sometimes and does not work. Not sure if it is a network issue but it seems like a software issue.

I would highly recommend it. Although I do not have experience with other CRM platforms, my experience with Hubspot would compel me to continue to use this platform in the future
Lead Management Made Simple
What do you like best about the product?
I love the workflows that automatically update lead status based on a lead's interaction with my content. The automatic workflows allow me to quickly identify leads with a higher likelihood to close with little manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features are not very intuitive and are difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot's sequences allow me to reach a large audience of potential buyers. The activity tracking helps me narrow down the leads to interested buyers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend taking the time to dive into the resource library. There is a lot of helpful information and tips for getting the most out of your HubSpot account.

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly love email automation, the dashboards, analytics, tasks and reminders, and overall functions of HubSpot.
I also loved the recently introduced new pricing model that allows us to pay only for active users and not for all connections on the platform.

I don't particularly appreciate it when it automatically puts the revenue of companies. Sixty percent of the time is inaccurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're saving a bunch of time, automating a good number of emails so we can focus mainly on the phone and other revenue-generating channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
HubSpot has many features, and you may not be able to use all of them right away, but they provide fantastic customer service, tips, and tricks. It has incredible integrations and other features, so it's a go-to CRM platform.
