A Great CRM

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot's ability to organize my workflow to be more organized. Hubspot's power for me to manage makes me a better and faster producer. It has multiple ways for me to organize leads and make sure I reach everyone in my
What do you dislike about the product?
Too complex sometimes. Hard to organize because of this complexity. Sometimes it becomes extremely confusing because of the ability to have so much. With this type of complexity, time might not be spent working and more adapting to the groove.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An organizational problem. Being able to have the ability to have multiple ways to organize has increased my efficiency and saved me time. I have been able to improve my sales process and find the inefficencies in our process. I can be as technical in my process as I want. This allows for a stronger understanding of what we are doing in data. We can use this data to shorten the amount of time we spending finding ineffencies and increase better output thus, increasing revenue.

Helpful CRM to track tasks and manage through data.

What do you like best about the product?
1). I like that I can manage my tasks and see daily how many follow-ups (calls. texts, emails, meetings) that I have done. It is also easy to communicate with your team through Hubspot by tagging them.
2). I like that I can track and see if a student has read my emails/ opened or clicked. This has helped me see although they may not have answered my calls that they may still be interested just less engaged.
3). I have enjoyed the use of saving the templates and being able to personalize my templates to have them show their name/the specific campus/ or area of interest.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I wish there was a set task for SMS instead of it having to go under to-do
2. When making your own template there is not an option to add your own picture into the template unless you copy and paste.
3. I have found that it takes quite a lot of refreshes to disqualify a lead. I wish to mark a call as not complete and will have to check please do not contact me and will have to refresh 4+ times for the lead to be unqualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have helped the team know that there is a folder within HubSpot that you can pull images from and add to emails. This helps because I have found that an image or GIF helps gain attention to the email.
At first, we were not able to figure out how to unqualify a lead by just marking a call as not interested. By checking off the lead for please do not contact me and refreshing multiple times we were able to unqualify the lead and know that the student is no longer interested.

I like the ability to do multiple calls in a quick way
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to add, what seem to be simple filiters, to reports and tasks. For example, unable to add states or time zones into tasks so you can work East to West when prospecting for new business.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Hubspot because you can customize almost everything, which is very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now and then, I notice the emails won't go through or phone calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can keep my call lists organized, and the alerts to remind me of tasks are so nice.

Easy to use, intuitive and fast CRM - my favourite CRM

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about HubSpot is the user-friendly approach and how intuitive the interface is. The email tracker allow me to see when my emails are opened and this is a huge strategic andvantage because it allows me to implemente an high quality time management. The new beta interface is great and keeps me updated about my tasks and how they unfold overtime. The dashboard is a keypoint for a sales team, it keep track of all the calls, minutes of calls and connected time as well as number of email and contracts closed. Besides, other than displaying informations about the performances of the team, the dashboard acts as a motivational tool, someday you want to nail your kpi's and someday you want to crush your peers : the dashboard allows you to know when it's time to set that phone on fire and call non stop ! The tasks are an excellent tool to streamline my workflow and set a roadmap of my day ! with the tasks i can create specifi queues and decide who to call and when, thank's to the possibility of rescheduling a call. Overall i'd say that the automatisation of Hubspot is a turning point feature which i really appreciate, since it automatically sends email to contacts that maybe didn't answer my call but do not miss to read a single email and it is there that the true advantage of the automatic email comes to help. The satisfaction of opening my email and seeing that delas have been closed thank's to an email tha i didn't even write is the best sensation !
What do you dislike about the product?
it requires a strong internet connection to be operated, some times the calls disconnect by themselves, the main search toolbar works very well and i find whatever contact almost all the time while the secondary research tool, rarely brings solid results. Sometimes, my customers tell me that they cannot hear me clearly. What i don't like is that sometimes the snooze function doesn't work and doesn't remind me of that call that i had to do !
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot allow me to keep track of each sale and deal I close in an ordered and complete way, recording calls allows me to listen my calls again and again, fine tuning my sales skills and getting bits of informations that i thought i had lost. I have retrieved so many email adresses and names by listening to the recording !!! Asking for the marketing manager with its title or its name makes a huge difference for closing or not closing a sale.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My advices would be to set up hubspot in your own languenge to begin with. Learning how to implement the sales cycle in hubspot is very important and it is allowed by the extreme flexibility of the software that is conceived to allow the user to create a custom pipeline that adheres to they way they work.
