Too many changes to make things look better and not increase the functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I used to like how I could navigate through other pages as I make a call and then I could click "return to call" whenever I needed and I was directed back to the page I initiated the call from. That feature is agone and that was my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of functionality taken into account when changes are made on the frontend
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many problems with that. More so just having certain changes seem more optimal.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sequence and workflow feature the most. It helps me save some time on my follow-ups.
I like the signature feature as well because it saves some additional quote and it is convenient
1:1 Video feature gives salespeople an edge over other software
The true beauty is that it is well integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unreasonable pricing - from starter to sales professional there is literally a 900% times increase. They give 5 users minimum but if the sales team is of two people and they want to upgrade then it is not worth it. The only reason we upgraded is that we needed the tools and we didn't want to move as we are using HubSpot for a while now

What do you like best about the product?
Sequences have been tremendously useful for us, but inefficient in regards to tracking email activity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sequences do not allow you to generate a summary of email activities (unlike workflows). This makes it incredibly difficult to track and keep on top of follow-up calls. The only way to track email activities for Sequences is by utilizing the HubSpot extension, which is okay, but it would be far more valuable if you could generate an email activity report. Another downside to tracking email activity only in the HubSpot extension is that only the creator of the sequence can track email activities. This is an issue because it hinders the ability to work with colleagues on the same sequence to ensure that every contact in a sequence gets the proper attention and follow up. I believe that all the issues listed above could be resolved if you could generate an email activity report (similar to workflows).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub helps us improve our volume of outreach. One great benefit I realized is storing & refining copy for your sequences. My team consistently reviews sequence metrics to understand which subject lines, timing, verbiage, and copy length is most effective.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Hubspot as a team and love the notes feature for staying on top of what's going on with each customer. I also love that you can personalize your display.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some occasional glitches, but that's normal!

We are solving working with small teams and giving customers a seamless experience

What do you like best about the product?
Follow-up and meeting integrations are amazing. I use them five days a week and I have actually gotten compliments from potential clients how easy and quickly the correspondence and sales flow was performed. Without the meetings link, you would continuously be emailing back and forth time slots to confirm, and sometimes you won't ever hear back from a potential client. Every second counts and every correspondence counts, and that is why I enjoy this part of Hubspot so much. It has seriously streamlined my entire day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any issues so far. Everything has worked great!

You will see below the problems that I have regarding a few things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I understand that the tasks due dates equate to the week that they are due....but if I have a task that I complete a week later, it does not show on the dashboard for that weeks touch points.

Personally, I work best when I see how productive I am being throughout the day. As a lifelong athlete, I am very competive, so I want to literally win at everything, including the touchpoints and activity level for the day. So when I feel like I was being productive, the activity bar did not reflect that. What I found was that the tasks that I were performing all day were being placed in last weeks numbers, and I was unaware of that at the time.

My CRO is also very numbers driven, so when he sees that bar continously going up, he enjoys that too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would make sure to use as many pieces you can in Hubspot. It has tons of tools to utilize, and the more familiar you get with each one, the quicker and more streamlined your day will become.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides all the information needed from the customer, you don't even need to have a lot of experience in it to find it. It's very complete and super easy to use. This is the very first time that I use it and I didn't experience any problem. I apreciate it being so user friendly. I also love that it gives you access to your Dashboard which is a great tool to track your performance and see your areas of oportunity. Since the begining I heard it is a very user friendly application.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not always updated. I've had issues with it not having the correct information. We work with another system that works with Hubspot and they're suposed to have the exact same information, however sometimes Hubspot is not updated with the other system and I find myself calling people when they already have everything completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've helped people get their profiles complete so they can be able to earn money on their own. I'm able to create appointments directly with it and it gets reflected on my calendar. I'm also able to track my performance on the Dashboard.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very user-friendly, and you will get the hang of it very quickly if you're a new user. It is a very complete application that allows you to have quick access to calls, tasks, e-mail tracking, contact information and your dashbord. This will allow you to track your performance and check which are your areas of oportunity.

Hubspot intergration

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot integration of our phone system allows me and my team to get to what matters most, meeting potential clients efficiently. The ability to email, call and text all on the same screen. Allow us to work easier and quicker to get to the important part, getting new business. The mobile app allows me to perform most tasks when I am not in my office and act quickly if it is a pressing matter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, some email providers would block emails with the tracking from Hubspot. This appears to have been corrected. Sometimes the integration with our SMS/phone partner the time recorded is incorrectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to potential clients, when they are most engaged and most interested. Also allows you to come back to your tasks easily and get back on track after any phone calls or meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It takes a few days to learn how to efficiently use the system. Many functions have numerous ways to get there, find the one that makes sense to you and you will see a benefit it you time.
