Happy Hub Spot User

What do you like best about the product?
Everything is super easy to navigate and stay organized. My company utilizes a lot of different reports on the dashboard to track our sales goals and new leads, and it makes KPI meetings much more effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find a lag in the call quality when contacting potential clients on the west coast, but that may just be our wifi in the old mill we are headquarted in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made finding new leads and keeping them organized a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. It is extremely easy to manage tasks, enroll prospects into sequences, stay on top of clicks & opens, etc. I also really like the meeting link that you can incorporate into your email templates, I have found a lot of success in book & rebooking new business meetings with this feature. Being able to call through the hubspot calling feature has been extremely helpful also. As someone who works mainly with the UK/AUS territories, being able to call without paying for the call rates is great. I also like how you can bulk complete takes, this is huge for when you simply do not have time to complete all of the tasks assigned. It is also great to see all the sequence features to see who has replied to it, booked a meeting, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you cant see the exact location of where the clicks & opens come from as well as not being able to bulk edit when you send out emails. Sequences can also be quite difficult to personalize as you are unable to edit each one without changing the entire template. I also don't like how you cannot purchase a phone number from another country. For example, as I call into the UK market, calling from a UK # number would be huge. I sometimes struggle with the email integration as I often forget to click to track and log the email through microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a number of huge benefits with the Hubspot platform including improving the efficiency of sales outreach, staying on top of multiple accounts & individual prospects, & increased personalization of outreach. I have solved a huge problem in finding a mutual time to meet with a prospect through the meeting booking link. The integration with LinkedIn has also been a huge time saver, allowing me to complete outreach on LinkedIn through the hubspot platform. I have improved a huge amount of personalization in my emails by using the "personalization" feature on the hubspot templates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend being very organized on Hubspot from the outset. It is very easy to create a lot of tasks. templates, sequences, etc and for it to become very messy and hard to use. If you stay on top of all of these things from the outset then you should be able to use Hubspot in the best way possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is simple, easy to navigate, and has so many useful features to track and keep on top of sales and marketing efforts.

We can track the success of all our team, and find out which areas need improvement. As our company grows, Hubspot enables us to stay organized and the Hubspot academy is great to help train new staff. We can monitor activity across all the teams and work out who are our top performers!

We can send excellent marketing email templates as well as sales templates. As well as analyse which areas of the sales process and which styles of emails are working best.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's missing some integrations, like LinkedIn SalesNav, which could help sales reps to perform better. It would be better if there was a smoother integration with Aircall, at the moment it does work well but it could improve a few features to help efficiency when making calls through the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solved the problem of an unorganized sales process, now we can track each sale from start to finish.

I have realized that the benefits of having a user-friendly CRM can dramatically increase efficiency in sales and marketing.

Before hubspot, we had no way of understanding which areas of the team were working best and which needed improvement. Now we can see everything clearly with reports and analytics which show straightforward how the team is working well. This is incredibly useful for all our departments and is one of the best features!

The support team are so useful to help any questions you have about processes!

There are many benefits - such as sending out email templates easily.

What do you like best about the product?
The speed and accuracy of how we get our leads, and even shocks the customers how fast we respond to them. This sytem is very well organized and very well thought out. It was easy to learn for someone that has never used a Customer service portal program. I would highly recommened this product to anyone that is looking to grow there buisness and see the true possiblities of making there buisness the best in there feild.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of features that are not being used and better interface communication between sales and contact screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting to our customers quicker and faster and being able always to be the first one to talk to our clientele before any other company reaches out. We are solving issues like not being able to get to the customers fast enough. We use to get help form Home Advisor but when we used them it seemed like we were always the last ones to contact that customer and they were always signed up with another company. HubSpot has helped us put our name on the map with speed and accessibility to reach our customer base faster and more affectivily.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, all my features are in neatly organized locations. The CRM is set up to be very straight forward and we can see all the information for contacts in one easy view. If I need to update contact info I can do so right through the contact page. I also really enjoy the reports section. They are very in depth and give a lot of insight into how our sales process is performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to pre record a voicemail to leave after each call. In outreach we were able to pre record multiple different voicemail styles to automatically leave if a prospect did not answer the phone. This allowed us to save time by reducing the time spent leaving voicemails. This proved to be very effective in a number of projects that I have worked on as apart of alleyoop.io

There needs to be an option to sort contacts by timezone because we start calling at 8am in the east coast, and that means that people on the central time and the pacific time are not away when we start calling and I have to spend time manually skipping tasks until I find the correct time zone. This would increase productivity and help streamline our calling process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to import data directly into one platform rather than having to use saleforce + outreach, we were able to save on licensing fees while increasing productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I say switch to hubspot as soon as possible. We have increased productivity by 25% by switching to Hubspot.
