Always customizable if you think creatively!
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE how user friendly and well laid out the interface is. I can always figure out workarounds if I need to, and support is ALWAYS on top of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need better user permission drill-downs to be more specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving reporting issues we had using excel, and are able to streamline so many manual processes that slowed down our sales team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can literally do anything you need to with Hubspot, you just need to think out the box and ask questions.

Tasks and email tracking - being able to see the clicks and opens

Organized work flow and able to scale contact interest
Hubspot is a very user friendly CRM, there are a few options that would be useful.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the calling portion as it is very easy to make the call and move on to the next. Saving tasks, notes and meetings has become very simple and easy using Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to archive a contact as to not import them again from zoominfo instead you have to delete them and because the data is never perfect, that person that gets deleted then gets reloaded via zoominfo. Sometimes I get a response from a contact that I have reached out to, or supposedly did and I am unable to find the person in the CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM makes it easy to reach out to a contact, record notes while on the call and set up meetings all in the same place.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Learn the tool, and I find that people take shortcuts, and this doesn't help. Also, know who to speak with if you need access to certain things, as the admin can either give you access or tell you why you do not have access.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and navigation of Hubspot. It leads to very efficient workflows for prospecting and closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Feature releases are sometimes rushed and rolled out that complicate what I believe to be a perfect system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping deals organized and not having a million tabs open are solved with Hubspot Sales Queues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't look for another Sales CRM, Hubspot has everything you need.

Very easy to use and intuitive! Nice to have everything in one place

Lists are a little confusing, and take awhile to load

What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts can only be associated with one company and each email address can only be in the system one time. We have a lot of contacts that work at two locations, but can't associate them that way. Our creative workarounds don't make for the cleanest data set.
There's also some little quirks around workflows and sequences that make them not always fit the bill for what we need.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hubspot cross-functionally and it has allowed our teams to efficiently run processes on one unified platform. Hubspot is our database of record, giving everyone on the platform the most current and correct information. From a marketing perspective, it has allowed us to automate and personalize at scale our outbound communications. We run everything from our sales team to our website to our help desk on Hubspot.
The biggest benefit we've realized is the process efficiencies. Our teams are able to scale to a larger user set without scaling internal resources.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
As with anything, do your due diligence! It is powerful marketing, automation, and CRM platform, but it does come with limitations. Companies that have a well-defined sales process will have an easier time onboarding and setting it up, rather than trying to see what the system can do and molding your sales process off of that.

Outbound. We are running our ABM through Hubspot.
Really good software to use when working with a big work load.

I liked the call list the most and also the NADs. It helps organize and keep the day running smoothly. Setting filters

Switching between numbers has been more difficult since the update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems like loading and connecting calls. It helps work flow.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily track all communication, whether it be calls, emails, or notes is great. The task feature allows me to keep my day aligned and know exactly who I need to get in touch with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the call from phone integration does not function correctly. Luckily I am able to call from within the browser to alleviate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to extend our reach with HubSpot by integrating our contact lists and easily assigning an owner to make the connections.
