Good marketing tool, long way to go for CRM and sales use.
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate marketing capabilities and the insights my marketing folks are able to share with me directly in app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm accustomed to Salesforce for CRM, and Outreach for prospecting. Both tools are significantly more capable for their respective uses. I'd recommend Hubspot invest in at least one of these areas to bolster their offering as an all-in-one type solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure that I can speak to that here, because I frankly have not sold without a similar product in place already.
Great place to start using a CRM, with lots of room to grow
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Not too many levers to pull to make it work well. Great for a small company to get started because of that, as well as the Free plan. Also, very nice that you can upgrade in chunks so you don't have to commit to high-priced, long-term contracts right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes feel restricting since it is very simple. Does allow for some customization, but not as much as a high-end user might want
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Call placement and tracking directly within the platform and sequencing were the two reasons for getting it. Makes data entry and cadences much much easier to keep up with

Leads are accurate, easy to find. All are accesible

I didn't see any disadvantage yet for Hubspot.

HubSpot has been great because it makes following up with clients so easy! I can schedule future tasks and set up automated emails! I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike would be the chat. I wish it required users to give more information when they start chatting. Sometimes I answer all their questions, and they do not give me any contact info, they just drop off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to ensure timely follow-up with each lead I receive. It is very beneficial to have daily task lists that I am able to complete!
All of the tools are extremely user friendly & the updates continue to get better & better. Thanks!

I like how the interface is set up. It's effortless to navigate and set tasks.

Sometimes crashes. But will be back up in a couple minutes

What do you like best about the product?
Organization is my weakness as a sales person. If not for HS I'd have an office full of sticky notes.

Honestly nothing so far. Hubspot makes me better at my job.

It makes follow-ups easy with email sequences.
I also love the ability to take detailed notes while talking on the phone. I used to take pen and paper notes and being able to type those notes within the customer profile is very convenient.

Don't wait. It's an excellent tool to take your sales processes to the next level.

I like how easy the interaction is between other users and how easy the interface is to use. I like that one system hits all my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes it's slow to load or doesn't save calls. Hubspot does address when it's down though

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to filter through my contacts in any way possible. It allows me to divide and conquer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to mark off contacts who want to unsubscribe manually. I wish there was a calendar to show how many emails are scheduled on what days.
