GREAT USE FOR BUSINESSES!!!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and easy to use - very helpful with a large company with many customers to constantly keep track of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes has internal issues with notes and saving things

We have noticed some tools work better than others - and the customization has been SO HELPFUL!

What do you like best about the product?
The Tasks in my Gmail account allow me to create matuall follow ups and reminders to follow with deals
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not like how on the gmail extension I can not update where that task/contact/deal is and I'm forced to go ont o Hubspot to finish my task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are very new to hubspot sales hub. once your team sends out another survey I will be able to answer better

Love the tasks feauture, didnt have that on SF at my last job

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use the sequence tool and add prospects to an account.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit difficult to pull reports that I am looking for each day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hubspot Sales Hub has helped my team and me really control the time we spend on the sales activities.
It was very helpful and the trainers were great!

The content and discussion helped me learn a lot that I wasn't aware of

The length of the training was hard to fit in to my schedule but I also realize that it probably needed to be that long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to graph data that was captured. I didn't know all that you can do.

SalesForce who?! Hubspot is where it's at!
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is easy to use, the app and site are both easy to understand, and integrate with my email very well. It's a clean interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish we could integrate text messages, log "incoming" calls instead of just outgoing- this may be the limitations of my company's customization and not Hubspot itself

When you talk to a dozen people a day, it's easy to forget details, what that prospects paint points were, what you connected over. Hubspot makes it easy to track that while I'm still on the phone!

All the filter options you get. It makes it very easy to find specific clients

How long it takes for certain things like reassigning leads takes a few minutes

It has solved the lead rotation and tracking

HubSpot is easy to use and navigate- simple and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the template library, the overall design of the system, and the categorization features.
What do you dislike about the product?
My calls will drop sometimes, and I don't particularly like how I have to manually put in a task 'reminder' when I schedule a task.

I can stay organized in my lead and prospecting initiatives.

I love the bulk texting option. Taking advantage of this asset has helped me increased my income over the past year by almost 2x.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could specifically send bulk text to those in the "offer sent" deal stage. Currently you have to select them manually amongst all the other stages but to incorporate this would be a great add-on!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see my last contact with my leads and how long they have been "inactive." This has great enhanced the way I follow up. Thank you!
Great tool for sales and outbounding
What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is best for outbounding and creating a target list of potential prospects and customers. The tools that are in place for creating email sequences is great, and the integration with other common sales tools/systems is a big help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where it does work as a CRM for deals, I would personally choose another platform for this part of the business if I had the choice. There isn't anything that is a major pain point when working deals, but overall just isn't my favorite. Being able to connect your leads, deals, and tasks together is a huge help though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating target lists for out reaches is great. Being able to connect the various sales tools and create tasks for myself is something I use on a daily basis. The flexibility with email sequences is also something that I love about the service.

Look around the hub, there is a lot of tools available to you.
