Hubpsot - your best partner in Business
What do you like best about the product?
The data provide, the organization of all informations, it is a key tool for everyday

duplicate contacts not filter by phone numer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clean, simple, easy for whole team to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that from the live chat you can see the deals in action and therefore can treat that customer differently or ask about the deal in motion
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with quote roller and not just pandadoc :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its sometimes clunky to have so many deals in one list. I think we need to use more filters
CRM, great way to keep all client communication in one location.
What do you like best about the product?
It serves the purpose of tracking the status of sales deals and the conversations and progress that we have with our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some common-sense features that they have not implemented, and I looked on their discussion board, and for over five years, customers have been asking for those features. They still have not implemented them, which is part of the reason we chose to keep using the free version instead of paying for it. If we pay for it and ask for new features, and they never get implemented, we don't want to invest long term with a company like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was no formal tracking before we implemented Hubspot. The only communication tracked was in individuals' email inboxes. There was no visibility across the company.
Great sales management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to import customer contacts into Hubspot to get up and running quickly and the integrated email/calendar tool make tracking customer interactions seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
No glaring negatives to report. It's relatively intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a sales group that is comprised of outside sales and technical sales. Both have frequent interactions with existing and prospective customers. HubSpot allows us to manage those rather well.
Great scalability
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Hubspot lets you work with them and utilize their CRM while you scale your sales team. I am only a one-person team right now but will be able to easily scale as we add more people and contacts in the CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish they let you choose a medium option between the sales starter and the middle tier because that's a pretty expensive jump. I also wish they didn't make you pay more to add more contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of deals in my pipeline and setting good reminders for checking in with them. It helps me stay organized with my sales efforts. But sadly, because I only have about 1000 contacts, I'm not using HS all the time because I'm talking to way more than 1000 people!
My Experience With HubSpot Sales Hub
What do you like best about the product?
I like that HubSpot Sales Hub because it never disappoint when it comes to handling sales. The tool is rich with great features and customizing it to meet our needs has been easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any troubles using HubSpot Sales Hub and therefore I cannot complain. It is an am amazing solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this tool for handling our sales. It has been working well and so far so good.

If you are looking for a sales engagement tool, then you can try HubSpot Sales Hub. It has worked for us and it maybe what your business needs.
Great for small and medium sized companies wanting to start fast
What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface pretty intuitive once you learn where everything is. I felt like it was easy to learn and to get started. Everything connects in a way that makes sense to me. For Marketing and Sales, it can be frustrating when you strategy gets bogged down in tools so I love that Hubspot's sales platform is easy to spin up and just get to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not quite as feature-rich as something like a Salesforce, but that can be a blessing or a curse. Some features are add-ons that cost extra and occasionally it can feel like something that should be standard got called Premium. I think a very large, very sophisticated sales/marketing team might possibly outgrow Hubspot or butt up against its feature limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to to create Deals pipelines. Our sales rank and file use it to manage the leads that come in from marketing but another big benefit is that management uses it to monitor the pipelines and get an idea about what's coming in this month, where things are in the process, and whether sales people need extra support or whatever. It's also nice for marketing to be able to evaluate the effectiveness of their leads and get a sense for which campaigns are profitable or not.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great tool, especially for making the jump to an Inbound strategy, but no tool can compensate if there isn't executive and managerial buy-in right from the start. Your sales team will find it easy to use down the road, but it will be a big change at first. You just gotta push past it.
Overwhelming CRM for beginners
What do you like best about the product?
I like the complete suite, fairly easy to use. Uploading my customers from my previous CRM was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get lost sometimes, :) I wonder if there could be some shortcuts on the dashboard itself for quick access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a beginner, and we have recently started prospecting using content for B2B clients. Hubspot is a big brand in inbound marketing, and since we are not spending much to aqcuire leads, it formed a good fit. It is easy to use, await more with results.
Best CRM tool I've used.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface. Functional, easy to navigate. Sales pipeline is clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost too many functionalities, it is easy to get lost in all of the ways you can utilize the tool. The more time you utilize it, the more comfortable you will get. I recommend taking further trainings after using the system for a few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot helps you save time, by integrating with your email, associating all communication to one opportunity, and it allows you to track quotes, leads, and everything else, all in one spot.

Do your homework, but for me, this is the best CRM tool on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to manage all the deals and tickets in one place. The tools and features are very handy and even when I don't know how to use them there's always the perfect Customer Support Team helping me out. ❤
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first started using the tool, I knew nothing about it and it seemed too much for me (I ended up crying the first week of using the tool) but now I cannot imagine my life without HubSpot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the platform for its ticketing system (pipelines). CRM and email tracking. We managed to gain loyal customers which is the greatest benefit of all.

Just get it already! You're going to love it. :)
