Couldn't be in Sales without it
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, saves me so much time, and the Quote functionality for proposals is genius.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. Maybe the phone app could include a few more features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring sales activity and the pipeline, rep activity, customer activity/engagement, lots of functionality for making prospecting faster & easier.

Not having the ability to see comments in the app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making certain that each prospect is contacted in the appropriate amount of time at the appropriate pace.
One of the most efficient CRM's out there
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use in getting clients and companies into the program. It takes a ton less time than it did in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest dislike is that the CRM clears your filters out after every screen change. So even if you have set it once you cannot use the back button to reclaim your last view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are that the CRM and the Marketing Automation platform are built into the same system. It easily lets you generate and queue up sequences.
Phenomenal Sales CRM for any Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love Hubspot because you can easily store and manage all you're clients in one place. My favorite feature is the mobile app that allows you to access your CRM and see contact history with a prospect without having to go through your desktop or computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to dislike, except their in-CRM email client need more work. It is very basic compared to emailing on a real email client!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HubSpot, we are using it as a CRM to keep a record of all the prospects we come in contact with as well as use it as a system to manage our sales cycle between prospects. We love it because we can use it to predict expected sales for a quarter and manage our teams to ensure that they're hitting quotas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hubspot makes it easy to manage your sales team as well as keep you organized in sales. I highly recommend it to anyone in a sales position, if you are not already using a CRM

What do you like best about the product?
My experience with HubSpot Sales has been very good and enjoyable. It is a great tool to document activities with clients / companies, always keeping control and order.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to understand the first time you use this tool. The mobile version (app) doesn't really work as if you use the web version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Document my daily task so that my team keeps track of the work done with the leads. It also serves as a reminder of what to do. HubSpot is very useful, I recommend it to anyone.
World Class CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, simple interface, excellent help center. Admin tools just work rather than having to fight with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be expensive when moving from Starter to Professional

100% better than our previous CRM, easy to setup and transition data from one to the other.
Over-all I love Hubspot.

Its customizable, Its replaced most of our other software, You can automate most things, the support is great and the Hubspot team are always looking to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually there is not a lot you can change. It took me ages to get the team to move from Monday because they are designers and like the visuals. Tasking could be better if it had more customization

Hubspot is the only option for a business to business sales.
The support is at the highest level.
We have not even started using the marketing tool yet as we haven't needed to but we are excited to do so. Considering Hubspot is a marketing tool first and a sales hub second I am extremely keen to expand our knowledge on the platform.
I have used Hubspot and other CRM's in Sales management for years before now using it for projects. From a sales management perspective, the dashboards and reporting had been a life saviour.
I was able to run customer reports and dashboards to show total sales, conversion, productivity and more. To help with compliance I could duplicate the same report or dashboard and add in all properties. This meant if they ever did not align there was potential errors and the salesperson was tasked to go back in and complete the data correctly.
Hubspot has been a huge part of our team.
I would recommend this to any business doing B2B.

Email open tracking not always accurate and integrates with LinkedIn only on Enterprise accounts

IOS app, not integrated as in the android.

Simple. Easy. Amazing! Always adding new features that makes my job easier and run smoothly!

Hubspot is so amazing and is so user friendly! It makes my job easy, and has so many options to add and there is always something to learn! Always new features and updates being updated!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is email tracking - it often disconnects with Outlook 365. This happends sometimes - but not often.

Organization and time manage. Makes scheduling simple.
